I happened upon this beauty clinic and they were able to instantly get me in for a manicure. I wish I had caught my nail artist's name because she was so nice, fun to talk to and did a wonderful job on my nails. I haven't had a manicure in such a long time and it was so pampering! It was a good price and the salon was very clean and nicely decorated. They offer many other services here which I'm sure are all wonderful.

You get a nice bathrobe and slippers and the staff are very professional yet friendly. The facials here are much better than regular beauty salons and the products they use smell gorgeous. They also have some great deals and packages where you can get half and full day spa packed from 99 to 150 euro which includes the use of the thermal suite, and some that include lunch or cocktails. The atmosphere is so relaxing with nice relaxation chairs, dim lights, cushions, magazines and self service tea. I would highly recommend this spa for a massage or bath treatment as the quality is very high and the service is excellent.

This used to be my go-to salon for everything when I lived in Galway. I got haircuts, facials,…read moremassages, nails, waxing.... all here. Hair: I find the hair cutting quite good, but it really depends on the stylist. I always get a senior stylist since the junior ones here are not great. I've always been happy with my haircuts here, except they don't colour black hair like they do in Dublin salons, which is weird. They say they can't do it, but I've died my hair many colours in the Dublin salons. The beauty treatments here are great. Not too expensive, but the waxing can be a bit slow. However, they do nice facials, massages, body wraps and manicures. The inside of the salon is also really nice after the refurbished it, and I think it is the best and most popular one in Galway. PS: The salon is up a flight of stairs, no wheelchair access.

I was able to pop in and get a cheap day pass to this gym, which felt amazing. The staff here are incredibly helpful and kind. The facility is small, but had everything you need including a great little cardio section. The only complaint I have is that the men's room has a sauna, while the ladies room does not. Having a sauna for both would make this gym even better and it is much needed to stay warm in the rainy weather.

Firstly it has the feel of a local gym in which everyone in it seems to know one another with the staff being exceptionally friendly in welcoming me in on just a single visit. The gym is reasonably priced just charging €5 for single visits which seems to be the best price around because most of the gyms are upwards of $9 per visit. Some of the negatives include the fact that the gym had no cardio equipment available at the time I went to visit. They were out of use due to renovation which was quite frustrating. The free weights were very random and to be honest i think they were heavier then they said because I couldn't lift my regular weight. The gym is very compact as well so be prepared to be on top of one another. Overall though not a bad gym just not the kinda gym I am used to using. Could do with a bit of a revamp.
