After posting my previous review, I was contacted by Will at Gerber. He was very eager to make this situation right. I arranged to bring my car to him on Wednesday, April 17. I showed him the damaged area and he said they could do some sanding and clear coat. I did not expect any more than that -- the bumper is like any bumper of that age with rock chips, etc -- but Will went above and beyond for the situation, actually replacing the bumper entirely and painting to match. I would have never asked for them to go to that extent, but I am grateful they did. It is my understanding that the office staff when I had been there for the initial repair are no longer with the company and an entirely new crew has been put into place. It appears that the company is making great strides by putting competent employees in place and are working very hard to provide excellent service and quality craftsmanship. read more

I came in to have my car looked at and get an idea on wether it was worth the repairs. The gentlemen that helped me was very helpful younger guy. I would love to leave a better review because the young man on the left was amazing as was the lady at the front desk, but I had a drink I needed to throw away when I opened the trash there were open beer cans. Then as I turned around I noticed the woman sitting down in the corner had a beer sitting there as well. It absolutely appalled me that a place that repairs peoples vehicles would be okay with this behavior. I've contemplated wether or not to make this review for a week or so but I feel like it needs to be done. read more

Their work shows something completely different. The last time I had any sort of vehicle update communication was on 4/23. Calls were made periodically only to hear Rhonda huffing and puffing and Niki stating that she didn't have an update. On 5/14 I was told my car was ready. The front right bumper and rim were still damaged and I was unable to accept the car. Today, 5/25 Nick the manager assured me that my car was ready. I picked up my car only to find the airbag light on, glue on the window frame, front wheel frame missing 2 bolts, and the front door frame and front bumper do not line up. The slow close door mechanism does not work on the front passenger side. The shop had my car for 1 month and 3 weeks and their quality of work does not demonstrate the standard that they promote. Collision Works handled a claim I filed with insurance. They did a great job communicating the status of my vehicle and made it very easy for me to get in a rental quickly. I had to come back to pick up my kids car seats and it wasn't an issue. When I got my car back it had a fresh pin strip and was also vacuumed out for me! If I could give this place no stars I would. I set an appointment to get my bumper fixed, when I got there they said I wasn't in the system for said appointment. Also said they would call me next day for update, nothing. Over week an half goes by, no call. I had to call EIGHT times, after being given the run around,put on hold, transferred, told they would call me back. Finally got an update, said my car would be ready Friday at 3. Nope, sure wasn't. They offered to drop my car off at my work, wasn't until after 7pm. Bumper looks good, but a bunch of stuff is missing out of it! Everything out of my center console, my door. Convenient that it got dropped off after they already closed for the weekend. What an awful, poorly ran place. I will never be going back to this place. read more

The manager, Chip, is horrid. He clearly has no control over his staff and needs a lot of training. If I could give less then 1 Star, I would. Terrible service. Slow repairs. Nothing quality. My car smelled like straight weed when I got it back. I called to talk to someone about it and the girl who answered the phone wouldn't let me talk to chip. She kind of giggled when I told her why I needed to talk to him. It's funny to her that my car smells? Ok.. Are his employees smoking in our cars?? I will be calling news stations about this! I don't typically write reviews unless the service was phenomenal or the service was completely horrendous. In this situation, my experience with collision works has been so horrendous that I wish that yelp allowed 0 stars. It has been one thing after the other with them. My car was suppose to be ready Dec. 10th but they ordered the wrong part which caused me to have my rental for an extra week. That following week when I went to go pick up my car, they had lost my keys. Which then caused me to keep my rental till Monday because they're not open on weekends. When I went back on Monday, they laughed about how the keys got lost which I didn't find funny at all. The vehicle was not completely fixed by the time I picked it up. They still had a part on backorder. The blindspot camera was not fixed completely, and they informed me that they would contact the Honda dealership to contact me to schedule a service appointment, and they would pay for it. They told me before I left that they would contact me the next day for when the missing part would come in. Fast forward to about 3 weeks later and I still had not received a phone call. I called them on Monday and left a message, and I didn't get a call back. I called them again, and finally they answered. I asked them if they had contacted Honda, and they said no, but I could go ahead and just schedule the appointment myself. (If that was the case then I would have done it when I picked the car up instead of waiting for 3 weeks and not hearing anything). I then asked them about the part, and without a beat they told me it still hadn't arrived. So I then asked what the timeline may be, which they went and checked. Once they had gotten back on the phone they said, "Oh, actually the part is here....". This comment now tells me that they lied the first time and didn't check at all.... After talking to them on the phone, I contacted Honda for an appointment to get my blindspot camera fixed. I took my car in on Saturday to Honda, just to be informed that they can't fix it because Collision Works didn't inform them that they will be paying for the repair....... Now have to wait till Monday. Oh and to put the cherry on top, my insurance won't cover my entire rental because it exceeded on how much they would pay for which is exactly over the week that collision works ordered the wrong part and lost my keys. They also didn't call enterprise until 2 days later to inform them that I had dropped the car off. Therefore that added additional days on my rental when I had already dropped it off. They also cleaning up afterwards. This is unacceptable service, I would not recommend using collision works. read more

Sarah and Rhonda were incredible!! They take care of their customers as they themselves would want to be taken care of and fight for their clients. I was very impressed with their customer service. They do a great job. I have brought several of my fleet vehicles here and the service is phenomenal. Any issues with their work a they make it right. They stand by their work............. James Roach demonstrates poor customer service skills. Per Farmers Insurance instructions, not my insurance carrier, I took my vehicle to the Collision Works at Tulsa Hills. Mr. Roach provided me with an estimate. Carrie contacted me, from the OkC call center, and set up a time to take my car in for repairs; she informed me to ask for Mr. Roach and I did. He took several pictures of my car and told me to wait for Farmers to contact me. Carrie left me a message apologizing for the confusion. Carrie stated that she was confused as to why Mr. Roach DID NOT receive my car. A female from the Tulsa Hills location left a message the following day asking me to call James Roach to set up a time to bring my car in for repairs. I called Mr. Roach. He claimed the female was just going down a list of callbacks and I still needed to wait to hear from Farmers. Angela, out of the OkC call center, is attempting to clear up the confusion. Mr. Roach appears to be the only individual who either knows it all OR absolutely nothing; he has yet to be able to communicate which is true. If the apologies I have received from Carrie AND Angela were warranted then Mr. Roach has created, and is perpetuating, a scenario that does not warrant his salary but does illuminate how vital both Carrie and Angela are to Collision Works, as long as Mr. Roach is employed by the Tulsa Hills location. As of this writing, June 25th, two weeks have passed since I received the initial estimate on 6/11 and Carrie informed me that Farmers Insurance agreed to the payment of the repairs on June 18th. On two occasions since June 18th Mr. Roach has stated that the the information the CUSTOMER was provided, by the company that employs him, IS erroneous. I hope "Collision Works" is of more value in marketing Collision Works than James Roach is valued for marketing literally every other establishment... I believe Farmers Insurance guarantees the work done by Jim Norton, as well. read more
