It was a real eye sore but after quoting the repairs with several shops in town, my wife and I balked at the price and decided we didn't mind driving a kind of ugly car. Eventually the "bear" scratch began to rust and we decided that we needed to get it addressed before we ended up with extra ventilation through our tailgate. Having driven past Espino's shop several times, I was always impressed by the finished vehicles that were sitting in the driveway, all freshly painted and shined up like new. I decided to drive there one day to see what they would have to say. It was a little awkward because there isn't a front entrance so to speak, just a metal door that I opened and found myself right in the shop. I showed him what the issues were and he got on the phone to call someone about the availability of the bumper cover before quoting me a price that was lower than anybody else had been. We mainly communicated through text message but after 4 days in the shop it was finished and ready for pick up. When I arrived I hardly noticed the car because I expected to at least notice some bubbling or something where the deep scratch had been. The bumper was brand new and the paint match was very good. UPDATE: On the way back from the shop, the left front splash guard came loose and dragged against the tire. I was able to tie it back up for a quick fix. It's now been two days since I picked the car up and my wife just informed me that the front right splash guard came loose and was dragging, damaging the cover past the point of repair. The repairs that we took the car in for have been taken care of and we're very satisfied with that aspect. Unfortunately I would consider this an unfinished job considering the guards were not put back on properly. UPDATE 2: They had me bring the car back in and replaced the guard that was badly damaged and fixed the other. Mistakes happen and the way they handled it has earned my business going forward. Excellent job and service.

I took my car therecand had to…read moretake back a couple of times do to Fish eyes condo scratches still noticeable in pant . they only operate according to what can adjuster from an insurance company request even tho I offered to just pay out of my pocket for a new hood . the adjuster from State Farm insurance insisted that my hood was damaged from a previous accident but never since ive been owner of car and paid off as well so since the adjuster would not authorize a new hood the just repaired my hood instead of replacing. and a shotty body work job done on the corner. where as any one with half a brain would know that you can not pull out or straighten up a damaged hood especially if it involves strengthening structure points as in framing. There were several calls between A-1 myself & the insurance company, initiated by myself or the insurance company. They called me once when the car was ready & I still had to wait when I got there so they could wash it. A-1 wanted to charge me extra because the insurance company wouldn't pay their high labor price. At one point A-1 even told the insurance company that they didn't have my car because I didn't bring it in. At delivery the car's interior was covered in heavy dust along with the rear hatch not aligned properly. I decided not to take it back to A-1 because I didn't have another 5 weeks to wait. There were several other issues but I didn't want this review to get too long. There are way too many body shops is Broken Arrow so any future business will go elsewhere
