I had an amazing experience. I called trying to get some quotes over the phone. They told me the price for my windshield would be around $150. Great price compared to the other quotes. I said awesome I'll be right their. At first they told me it would be about an hour for the glass to get to the shop. Then told me they would go pick the glass up so I wouldn't have to wait long. I thought that was really cool. Considering I had my three daughters with me. When we got to glass by Tony Leah was the receptionist and she welcomed us in with a big smile. She made sure my girls had their favorite cartoon on the TV, offered water and juice to them. She even found a bandaid for my two year olds boo boo on her finger. We were traveling to New York from Arizona and got a piece angle iron to our car on the interstate running through Tulsa. Glass by Tony was the only glass company that were available to replace our windshield on such short notice. When they showed up to replace it, rain was rolling in so we drove to a car wash so that he could still replace it. He did such an amazing job, not only replacing my windshield quickly and accurately while fighting the elements. We were able to get back on the road half an hour later and had no problems with the windshield through all of the rain. He was also extremely professional, kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond for us. Glass by Tony did a really good job on my car. After the passenger's side-view mirror was damaged, I took my older Lincoln Town Car to a Lincoln dealer in Tulsa and was given an estimate of between $600 and $700 to repair the mirror, so as to make it fully adjustable electrically, as it was before it got messed up. (There was no applicable insurance coverage.) The dealer, who uses Glass by Tony for some jobs, suggested that I try them. Glass by Tony put a new side-view mirror on, fixed it in place, so that it was no longer adjustable (OK by me--I rarely adjust that mirror, anyway), charged me less than $100, and did it in 20 minutes. Certainly not an ideal day for windshield replacement but our technician arrived timely and replaced the windshield quickly at our home, answering questions about the process & what we needed to do while new windshield set up. I brought my show truck in for a quick repair before heading to Florida. They did by far the best job I have ever seen. Safelight charged me 350 for glass that leaked on the seals, chipped, and had primer residue on it. These guys charged me less than half of that, used quality products, and were cautious around the show paint, wheels, and leather interior.
