    The worst customer service I've ever experienced! The girl at the counter was downright…read morecondescending and didn't seem to care about our buisness. I was talked to like a 2 yr old. I've worked in customer service my entire life and I am 50 years old and have never ever had someone be so disassociated and just didn't care whether we were there or not for repairs. Her smug remarks made us feel as though our business meant nothing and they were just too good to fix our car.We finally decided that we would find somewhere else to go after she argued with us about not being in network with our insurance, which we already knew about and making it out as though it could be months before we see our car fixed. It's all about the way you say things so we are taking our business elsewhere and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I knew it needed an alignment, due to how it drove from house to shop. I had already bought tires before accident so I asked to be notified when they took car over so I could pay to have them put on. I was never notified. When picking up car, I had Cash the older lady at counter yelled we do not take cash it was not the paper you signed (did not get a copy) and also on that big sign an 8x5 inch sign under glass on counter. When I came in first time there was a guy leaning on that piece of counter. I was mad and said she was rude. I went and deposited money, when I came back the manager was there, I explained that maybe they should have sign on door and or give a copy of paperwork with it highlighted. He said car was good to go but needed an alignment, to over to where they had taken it and they said the CV axel was broken and they told Jo Hudson's office it was not safe and needed to be fixed. Went right back and I gave all paperwork to the other lady at counter. she sent it to insurance" saying that it was not necessary and it only shook a little. Allowing me to drive it with my small kids. Now fighting with insurance company due to how they worded it. I am a single mom of Three. I already paid $500.0for my deductible and now its another $1200.00 because they say its not a big deal, and safe. If you have a family or love having your car DO NOT TAKE IT THERE!!!!

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!…read more I got into a minor accident which lead to bumper damage. They repaired it and painted it very nicely. Could never tell it was damaged before. HOWEVER, I went to pick it up Friday the 14th as per the message I received, I called and they said it still needed to be calibrated for the radar and the cameras. I completely understand so I came at the end of the business day, it was ready for pick up and the lady double checked with the worker and asked if it was all done and calibrated, he said it was ready to go. I paid my deposit and drove away. I live 8 hours away from this place and the only reason it was there is because I got into the accident while traveling. NOW HERE COMES THE ISSUES I HAVE! As I start driving down the highway I set the adaptive cruise control, I start coming up to a vehicle in front of me and my car is not slowing down or recognizing that a vehicle is even in front of me! I almost crashed!! If I wasn't paying attention I would have. The car was CALIBRATED FOR THE LANE TO MY LEFT, not in FRONT (Line I'm driving in) This is Absolutely RIDICULOUS, they released an unsafe car saying it was safe to drive. I took it to the Acura dealer and they confirmed that the calibration was done horribly.... Not only that after looking at what they replaced on the car, the dealer said calibration should have never been touched since the radar and other front sensors did not get replaced. Further I called and they have yet to respond. My insurance is doing an investigation and legal action is being taken. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

    1 star is 1 too many. If you are thinking about taking your car to this place for repairs, be ready…read morefor HORRIBLE quality and service. You might as well start smashing your head against the wall now. I took my car here and when I got it back, there were multiple things that they neglected to repair. 1. They did not replace the exterior hood latch. 2. The passenger side wheel well panel was not installed. 3. The driver side wheel well panel had multiple screws missing and came apart the first day I got it back and started hitting my tire on the interstate. 4. The driver side top fender bolt was barely tightened. 5. The damaged horn was not replaced (even after I took it back the 2nd time). 6. They did not wash the car (unbelievable). 7. When I took my car back and complained, it took them over a month to order the rest of the parts. 8. The hood was hitting the brand new headlight that was installed and damaged it. I suggested that they readjust the hood and believe it or not, they bent the corner of the hood up, damaging the hood. 9. The manager kept saying, "This car has been in a wreck before, and did not want to fix the damages from the recent car accident." 10. Even after I returned the car, for the repairs they missed, they still did not wash my car. What auto body/paint shop does not wash the car they are fixing? RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE! NEVER AGAIN!!

    please don't take your car here .. worse paint job I have ever seen .., I understand the color…read moremight not match perfectly but to have the paint running is not acceptable .. the company said oh well you can make a paint blend bec the new paint job has shine and the other part of the car had faded .. those are lies ..the first part of the car blended .. and part after I complained looks like shit .. im not happy with the job and Now I got to come out the pocket to get my vehicle back to how it was because this company negligence.: I will be seeking civil actions
