I was very nervous at first leaving my dog with new people because I was not sure how she would react, I expressed all my concerns to Josh before bringing her in and he gave me a tour of the facility and explained how he would go about handling and taking time getting to know my dog. The first time I dropped her off she tried to follow me right out the door and she was very uneasy, but now when I drop her off she doesn't even look back. It makes me feel good to drop her off there knowing she loves going and that she likes Josh so much. She doesn't like many people, especially men, so he must be doing something right.

She answered all of my questions. I have so much comfort leaving my pup for a few days knowing he will be well taken care of. The communication was great as well as the follow up to my questions. Also we do classes here as well for training and it's been great to come and learn new things with my pup, bond with him and work on basic concepts for me and my pup to thrive and work on together. Our dog was in his care when we were out of state and was lost for 3 days before we were able to fly home and (thankfully) locate him. The owner commented here that he couldn't find my name on the booking but it was under my husband's name and I would have hoped he would have remembered my dog as he was very much aware of the situation and we had "lost" photos of him all over the city. Shame.
