I contacted Renae via text and she was very responsive. She came within the time we scheduled and sent me a courtesy text 30 minutes before she would arrive. Grooming took a while but that's not a complaint, I'm glad she took her time with Bella. I wish I had taken a picture before she was groomed because she was a shaggy mess! Overall, 5 stars from me. I was very nervous at first leaving my dog with new people because I was not sure how she would react, I expressed all my concerns to Josh before bringing her in and he gave me a tour of the facility and explained how he would go about handling and taking time getting to know my dog. The first time I dropped her off she tried to follow me right out the door and she was very uneasy, but now when I drop her off she doesn't even look back. It makes me feel good to drop her off there knowing she loves going and that she likes Josh so much. She doesn't like many people, especially men, so he must be doing something right.

We were there 20 minutes early so waited as my ride had dropped us off. Finally at 3:20 my dog and I left with the grooming not done. No one ever came! No phone calls no nothing! I have taken my dog to them for 6 years and this is the second time this has happened. My dog Is old and doesn't ride well, we live almost an hour away!
