To my surprise, Brian answered and we scheduled an appointment to review our needs for an entire HVAC system. Our on-site meeting was positive and encouraging but, it's now 4 weeks after our meeting and I never heard back from Brian. I also did not receive a reply or return call from the two follow-up messages I left via email and text. It's perfectly ok for a contractor to be too busy to take on work. However, it spoils goodwill when you can't even get the courtesy of a return call to get that information.
