Can't say enough about 3 Brothers. We had a problem with our oil burner causing us to lose our hot water. We called our oil company who quoted us $900 for repair costs. I decided to get another estimate and came across 3 Brothers online. I am so happy I did! Eric said they would be able to do the job for $100 less so we decided to have him do the work as money is a little tight right now. Come to find out, the problem was misdiagnosed by our oil company and Eric was able to fix the REAL problem for half of what I was expecting to have to pay! We had issues with our AC at our office all last year; another company "fixed" the issues but sure enough when we started things up this summer the whole problem started again. Quick Response - Quick Fix! Called at 10:00 am to confirm an appointment to fix my dead AC Condenser (Aug. 14 so you know I was not the only one having AC issues); Eric said he would be at the house between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm that afternoon and would call when they were on their way. Eric called at 2:15 pm, was here before 2:30 pm, he and the other technician (I forget his name, sorry) diagnosed the issue as a bad Compressor Start Capacitor and we had our AC unit back up and running before 3:00 pm! I had a problem with a broken sprocket for one of the garage door openers, so Eric and I had a chat and decided how to fix it in the cheapest way, i.e., changing the part and make it like new again. He also gave me a great price for the labor required.
