From this point it really came down to attitude and it wasn't even a fair fight. Dave Mack had an amazing attitude and personality to boot. He was attentive to the details and went over everything with me multiple times, to make sure I was comfortable. Dave was also present on the job site to work with me through all of my questions - I'd like to think I'm pretty hands-on. For my house, we went with the architectural shingles with the weathered wood coloring. We replaced my roof caps with a crisp bronze color that makes everything pop. We replaced all of the metal pieces with the same bronze color, spray painted the old cast iron pipes and even gave my furnace exhaust a new top. There were only 3 vents that stayed black. This was by choice, as a few years of the weather elements would have left these chipping and would require more maintenance. Dave went over all of these design choices with me to formulate the best possible solution for my house - one that we would mutually agree upon. It's worth noting that the entire job took roughly 4-5 hours to complete. Regarding pricing, Capstone was not the cheapest, nor were they remotely close to the most expensive. You get what you pay for and in the end, I received excellent service, an efficient job and a beautiful looking roof/house. I believe I was given a fair price, great service and high quality workmanship to boot. In closing, I'm writing this review, not to simply recommend that you use Capstone, but that you give them a chance. If your bidding experience goes anything close to how mine went, I'm confident you'll pick Capstone. Not only that, but once the job is complete, you'll be proud of the work done. Thank you, Mike

Contacted Vasquez here on Yelp, and Brandom responded very quickly (and that has been true during the entire project). Our project included special wiring coming out of the walls, wrapped corners instead of trim around windows, and a few walls that didn't line up perfectly (tie-in to existing structure). Once we were able to start, they came almost immediately, and finished surprisingly fast: took about 1 week for a large attic, large bedroom with closet and master bath, stairwell plus another ceiling - around 4500 sq. ft. of new installed drywall (and finishing another 500 sq. ft. existing drywall). All taped and sanded with knockdown textured ceilings. We will likely have them do another part of the project when that is ready.

We began our search for a contractor, we received 3 bids and hands down Matt at the Caliber Group was the best! Why? He was honest, he was creative with ideas and brings a designer in to help bring ideas to life. He was not the least expensive but not the highest bid. What absolutely sold me was the island. Due to the size we wanted, he was the only one who said we need to reinforce the floors. I know that sounds crazy, but his attention to detail was very clear to me. We signed his contract and started our dream project. Matt communicated everyday on what was going to happen, or as he calls it "our homework" (what we needed to move or cover). He had the most professional sub contractors I have ever met or worked with, and when you have strangers coming into your home that is very important. I had my garage floor coated in July of 2020. For some reason the guys completing the work did not…read morecomplete part of the base board. When I asked about it the guy argued with me and told me he could not do it as it was in the back of the garage. I called the company about this and told them they also put floor coating prints on my new garage trim. He said they would come out and complete the base and see if they could get the marks off the trim. I have called numerous times and have been assured me I was still on the list and they haven't forgotten about me - Numerous times. Over two years later, I'm calling BS. When I called earlier this year I also explained it looked like part of the floor might be peeling (or about to peel). They assured me they would also take a look at that. I strongly suggest you hold payment until you are absolutely certain the work is complete and satisfactory.
