Waaaay less than other companies where you pay for their branding. The installer, Joshua, and his assistant did a fantastic job with the 2 windows we wanted replacing. The installation went smoothly and the windows matched our existing windows. When you look up closely, you can see care and effort Joshua put into windows caulking and trim. The Endure windows operate smoothly and cleaning should be a breeze. We were treated with respect and I won't hesitate buying from them again when I need to place any future windows.

Communication was great throughout - Steve kept me updated on a daily basis and responded quickly when I had questions. The team worked hard to keep the drywall dust from getting everywhere by closing off the area (stairs) and vacuuming daily. There was still dust around the area, but I can't see how that would've been avoided since they clearly closed it all off. We're replacing the carpet in a few days so any seen in the photos doesn't matter - we mentioned not to worry about that! The team had a positive attitude and everyone was always super friendly. They worked well together and respected our space. Super happy with our results and experience so I'll definitely reach back out for future drywall / painting needs!

My time frame was getting smaller so I decided to obtain bids from several companies for the following: Partial kitchen remodel (remove arch wall, add pantry wall with cabinets, install upscale appliances, some new lighting, new gas line for dual fuel stove, remove sliding door to deck and replace with smaller door, install mosaic backsplash, etc...) Due to all of the new electric we also upgraded an electrical panel. New water heater Install water softener Install garage heater 5 new windows Tile laundry room New tub in bathroom (granite countertop was added) Granite countertop in other bathroom (was added) Titus was not the least expensive bid (or the most expensive) but they did give me the best feeling (which I call the warm and fuzzies) that they could and would deliver. Scott Rajavuori was our salesperson / project manager and Greg Clarke was our onsite project foreman. Their cards don't have titles so I am guessing on titles. Scott was great to work with and provided quick and accurate quotes. Greg was awesome to work with and has exceptional skills. He cut a vent hood that goes directly into our angled ceiling so perfectly that we didn't need to have a frame around it. Plus he fixed a few cabinet issues that our designer flubbed. We had a couple of hiccups during the remodel that he handled perfectly. Titus delivered earlier than estimated, even with delays from my wood flooring company that I hired separately. All of their workers were very good and cleaned up at the end of every day. After completion I had a few minor fixes (including a sticking door) and they came right out and fixed them. Strongly recommended - ask for Greg.

Work was to begin on July 12 according to the calendar. Progress was great through demo, rough-in, window installation, drywall , paint priming, wood floor installation and several more steps. It was easy to check off progress against the calendar which was consistently updated. Our "final inspection" date on the calendar was Sept. 14 (serious error on our part, we made the final payment in full on Sept 11, should have held something back). Progress slowed noticeably (whether it was a coincidence that full payment had been made is a good question) and the tradespeople seemed to be busy elsewhere. Steady, predictable progress changed to a string of apologies, excuses and no shows throughout the rest of September and into October. We finally had usable closets, bathrooms and living spaces by October 12. Detail work continues as this is written on October 26 with minor items (floor register covers) yet to finish. We enjoyed working with the individuals at Titus, the crews who worked on our home were friendly and very understanding of changes if we asked of them. The quality of the work was very good. The inconvenience and frustration of considerable unexpected time in a work zone wasn't a good experience.

They had a great variety of color and stamp options to choose from, some contractors only give you 2-3 options and you have to pay extra if you want anything different than their 2-3 options. They also came in a few grand cheaper than almost every other bid I received. I experienced very quick responses from them both prior to the project and during. With the economy booming I have heard reports from multiple neighbors of contractors who have ghosted them or else given them inaccurate dates and have been 2+ months late. ConCreative was 1-2 weeks later than originally quoted, but I think that is the nature with all of these projects when you consider rain and what not. Overall not bad at all, especially when consider that when I emailed and asked for an update I received a response that day about the status, I have heard of many contractors taking weeks to respond to clients. Not only that, but once they get started you can expect everything done very quickly. They had the majority of my demo, 18x18 patio and 100' of sidewalk done in 2 days. When most people saw the amount of work they did and how quickly it was done, they thought it was 4-6 guys doing the work. When I told them it was only 2-3 guys that completed all of the work they were very impressed.

Our Fieldstone experience started out great. We made decisions, got the plan set up, everything was…read morenice. Our initial contact person was Tadd Johnson in March 2022. There was some shoddy communication, especially when they sent messages to just my husband and not me, even though BOTH of our contacts were on the application and paperwork. A little sexist but manageable. The preconstruction meeting happened and we finalized the plan with Tadd. There was an issue with the budget for the appliances because it was not made clear to us that the budget didn't include the washer and dryer, which didn't make sense because the laundry room was still part of the build. So, already over budget because we weren't going to buy the laundry appliances out of pocket. It would be part of the whole loan. Then we heard nothing. Contacted them a few weeks later, waiting on surveying and the city regarding the plot. A couple weeks later we initiated contact and Tadd said the city said everything should be ok but we were still waiting on information from a survey crew. Initial reports from the survey crew came back ok but after further digging, they discovered that more dirt work would be required to make the plot buildable. This is when things started to go wrong on all sides. The plan was reworked to include some retaining walls and such. Tadd and our realtor tried to coordinate with the lot seller to have the lot price reduced in order to make the plot buildable without increasing the overall price point. The seller refused to budge. Instead of getting updates about this whole back and forth, we got silence from Tadd, but not our realtor. The seller was adamant the price not be changed. After further work from the surveyors and the city, we found out that the plot was in fact, not buildable. There was no way to make an easement/driveway/access to any property built there. So, the lot was scrapped. Because the seller advertised the lot as buildable, he was now in breach so should have given the earnest money he received back. He refused. Fieldstone decided on their own to file suit for the money to be returned. Eventually it was and we would be billed for the legal services used on "our behalf", so we lost the earnest money either way. At that point, for personal reasons, we decided to not pursue the build further and as the seller had screwed us over, we requested a refund of the earnest money given to the builder since everything was now null and void with the loss of a plot. This happened in the middle of July 2022. Tadd told us our earnest money would be returned to us once all the paperwork was processed for the cancellation. It was around the end of July that Trent Johnson came into the picture. Keep in mind, we had heard nothing since the Cancellation was signed mid-July. Trent said that a portion of the earnest money would be returned after all of the invoices and receipts were tallied for the money Fieldstone spent trying to make this deal happen. We asked multiple times for access to these receipts and invoices. As of the writing of this on Sept 14th 2022, we have seen neither the receipts nor any type of refund of our earnest money. I've read reviews that Fieldstone is good at what they do. Perhaps those were simple builds where absolutely nothing went wrong. But I've read other reviews that as soon as something does go wrong, communication goes down the tubes and everything becomes a fight. I would not recommend them to anyone, even people I don't like. Don't trust them with your money or your time. They will waste both.
