Out of all the motorcycle repair shops I try to find out here in New Jersey this is the spot to go to. Every problem I had they fixed it like it was nothing. They really get the job done . When you call they pick up in 2-3 rings. I never had one issue here. This is the ONLY place I will take my bike to. I highly recommend this place!

Owner and mechanic of Bike Boys, Alex Borghi worked on my Harley Davidson. Quoted me $700 for work,…read moreincluded a hose replacement for an oil leak, oil and fluid change, he replaced my front and rear brakes. The service was good for two weeks, and we had a written and verbal agreement to pay in installments and that was agreed upon by both parties. Service has been paid $300/$700, until I had a small accident after using my rear brakes to shift down and stop at a red light. The rear wheel locked while in motion. After close examination the brake pad he replaced is nonexistent, and the piston went through the rotor. After a simple brake service in addition to other services done, I will now have to replace the brake caliper, the piston, rotor, and new brake pad, I will now be spending double to repair the bike after his damages. Mechanic Alex has since blocked my number and ghosted me after agreeing to fix the issue he caused. I will be pursuing this issue to the highest extent of the law. Thankfully I am not dead. He has zero organization and poor communication. The issue has since been professionally diagnosed and not based on assumption! Harley compatible parts were not used for the brake servicing! Also not disclosed was the ongoing issue Alex had while doing my rear brakes, to the point that diagrams had to be looked up to determine whether or not he was correct! Not only was the tone and choice of words on the phone call I had to make from a separate number despicable but extremely rude to a customer and friend he had a personal friendship with. The issue after being professionally diagnosed was deemed not a user error but a mechanical error. Mr. Borghi since has still not returned any call or message and since deemed he is not responsible for the work done when clearly he was the only person to touch my brakes. There should be no surprise after reading this review as this will remain on his conscious forever!

I would say we were devastated, however the response from Chris and Al at DTMoto was so swift and so huge that we didn't have time to be. In less than 24hrs, Chris pulled some strings with a dealership and replaced the motorcycle (which was a used 2017 model) with a brand new 2025. We were absolutely shocked! We couldn't believe anyone who had been the direct victim of a crime could and would turn around so quickly to replace this motorcycle and then go above and beyond with a brand new one. My son, who is 10yrs old, was deeply impressed by this gesture and to this day keeps repeating something he heard Chris say: "dad, he said kids go first". Chris had several calls to make that day, hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of motorcycles to think about, but he spent his first 24hrs thinking about my son. I will never forget this significant act of generosity, and I will continue to share the story to anyone who will listen. So, if you came here looking for a review about DT Moto, just know that these guys are the most honest, hard working and real people in the business. You can trust them with your motorcycles, they will not waste your time, they will not lie to you. They are straight shooters. Needless to say we will never go anywhere else for our motorcycle service needs. Thank you DTMoto, thank you Chris and Al. More than the motorcycle, you helped me show my son another example of what a real man is, and these men are of utmost integrity, honesty and going above and beyond for others.

While we know a lot about restaurants and attractions, we know absolutely nothing about tires…read more Here's where Yelp is an incredibly useful tool. Even if 1/4 of the fantastic reviews for RCT Performance were truthful and authentic, we would have used them. But to have close to 100 FIVE STAR reviews, is a huge accomplishment. And even more amazing is the fact that they are literally across the street from our house. The communication via email with Ryan was spot on. I ordered the tires per other recommendations from Tire Rack mid morning on Thursday and they had arrived by mid day on Friday allowing my car to be serviced early Saturday morning. The price for an alignment was half of what we had anticipated and there was no attempt to nickel and dime us. My one wish ? That every task in life could be this simple and stress free. Ken and Doug were patient and friendly. Thanks again.

After calling and…read morespeaking to Ryan, the owner, he acknowledged that it was their fault but regardless he would not help me with the damage to my car and would "work with me on the next alignment." Instead of actually taking responsibility for the situation that he acknowledged his shop had caused, Ryan recommended I bring my axle to another shop to get a new boot at my own expense, and said he would not help me whatsoever in repairing the damaged axle, even if I supplied the parts. To add insult to injury, the leaking axle boot has flung grease all over my brand new suspension parts that I had installed just before the alignment. I really used to love this place, but frankly this is very unscrupulous behavior and will probably not come back after 5 years of being a customer here. Update: Just got home to find that the other axle boot was also melted the same way as the driver's side one. With labor, this is ~$1500 of damage to my vehicle, and they are not helping me with any of it.
