We celebrated my nephew's graduation at the IT location in Cebu (Ayala mall). Place was nice, and friendly staff. Five stars for those.
Food however was totally a different story, and was rather disappointing! We ordered:

2) chopsuey- it was ok
3) sisig with egg- again, very bland per my nephew who ordered it.
4) pancit canton- just okay
5) pancit palabok - honestly, I don't know how you can screw this up, but noodles were very mushy and overcooked. Sauce had no taste. I took one bite, and it was more than enough!
6) calamari- rubbery
Overall, a rather disappointing experience as far as food was concerned. Just did not cut it for us read more
