We would not be home for 2 weeks so it could get picked up slowly. Anyway they then charged me extra for picking it up even though they said they got the email. It's not even the way they did it - the response back from the company was unbelievably rude. The tone was condescending. 15 years and such rude behavior. Go to Mickey's.

They are very lazy, leaving people's trash cans in the middle of the street, or simply throwing the empty can near any random property, they also still stop the truck in the middle of a big street rather then pulling over to the side like other waste management companies do. And that's if they pick up the trash at all. Half the time they will skip several houses for weeks at a time. There's been many times during the summer the driver of the truck would be blasting salsa music and the employees are simply rude.
