We found the perfect minivan in Huntington in under an hour and the paperwork process was just as smooth and efficient. Our saleswoman, Amanda, also took the time the explain the option of an extended warranty since the vehicle was past manufacturer's coverage. Even though we had heard mixed reviews about extended warranties, we decided to go with a 4-year/60,000 mile plan- and we're so glad we did. We've now had to use the warranty twice. The first time, the radiator and water pump needed replacement-over $3,000 worth of work-and it was completely covered without any hassle. Now we're dealing with another internal engine issue costing thousands more, and once again, everything is being handled seamlessly. Not once have we had to stress or worry about the process.
