I'm extremely disappointed with how two employees treated my children during our visit. Instead of doing their jobs professionally, the young black man with an afro, and with a very dark skin tone yelled at my kids for jumping in the little kid bounce house section, mind you it was our first time there so we didnt know. My 2 girls said they were playing hide and seek with other kids but those kids did not get yelled at. The black man (tall,skinny,darkskin,afro) then proceeded to argue with my kids. I got involved and they told my girls "dont lie, theres cameras" Another guy (white man, Brunnete hair, and heavy set) also came in and said he saw nothing. My girls say when they were getting yelled at the black man said "GET OUT NOW, IM NOT PLAYING WITH YOU" My children felt targeted, embarrassed, and uncomfortable, which completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun experience. The employees' tone and behavior were unnecessary and inappropriate when dealing with kids. I understand rules need to be enforced, but there is a respectful way to do that--and this was not it. Management seriously needs to retrain staff on how to treat children fairly and respectfully. We will not be returning. read more

Four stars because better than expected. And because of the category; it's better than some I've seen, so, grading on a curve I guess... Easy to find, easy to park. In the morning, not really busy at all. On a Saturday at 11 AM, maybe 30 or 40 kids, probably not even that. And most were our party. Easy for them to run around and have fun. Not too nutso, as I've seen at other places. The weather was crummy too, so maybe that made a difference. Plenty of places for parents to sit. Lots of cubbies for shoes etc. Clean bathroom surprisingly, though the water fountain is filthy. They have drink machines. No snacks, really; I think there is a dippin' dots machine. Which is fine, because the food at other places is usually horrid. Though of course something for the parents to self-medicate with would be nice. The party room was nice enough. A good base for the kids. More cubbies. Another bathroom right down the hall. Check-in was easy. Staff were great. There are waiver machines right inside the door. I think they should have bigger signs because I walked right past them, but still. Also, I would like a child check in and out system like at Chuck E. Cheese, because it would be too easy for kids to come and go with strangers. And the stairs need some yellow markings, because I repeatedly tripped over the edges. That might just be me, but something brighter would help. K had a blast. Lots of different play areas. Mainly trampolines, some ramps, some foam cube pits, a few other things. A hurricane booth that they loved, which costs two dollars. Party cost looks to be $3-400. Now she wants to have her birthday party here. Pray for me. read more

Well, SO GLAD we had a WATKINS coupon FLYER! BUT LET ME TELL YOU, That's flyer's wording is misleading. IT SAID "GOOD FOR 50% off a 2hour session UP TO 2". The young man at the checking register was ADAMANT "that's not 2 per coupon!!" & would only honor 1 coupon per person and THEN ONLY 2 per group/family transaction!! Thank goodness WATKINS HAD 2 coupons on their fundraising flyer!!! They do charge different rates according to "height" BIG & LITTLE there was a small "little" area - but the littles were NOT USING IT & NO area that was roped off for ONLY Big kids??? One area in the back left was actually fenced OFF AND UNUSABLE. You must sign a waiver (they do keep them on file for quite a bit of time & can look them up on their register) and you HAVE to use their socks, (we were able to find one pair of "Get Air" socks at home) not any other air establishment in Columbus to the tune of $3.75 per pair of socks! (Just to let you know, this is not strictly enforced. I saw several people with plain socks, other "air/trampoline" establishment socks, and even one of them, jumping in their shoes.) I had a 12 & 13 year old with me on a Tuesday @ 2:00pm. They were the oldest ones in the place and became BORED after JUST 45 minutes. THE PLACE SEEMS TO BE MORE FUN FOR LITTLE KIDS. Nice place to go get some air! Kid and adult friendly and even a secluded area for toddlers. All the equipment was clean and working properly. Private areas available for parties as well. Overall nice place for everyone to have some fun and decently priced with online discounts. FYI, you do have to purchase their grippy socks separately but makes for a fun souvenir later. read more

I took me and my daughters and my nephew here. It's not that it's a bad place to go because my daughter and nephew had a blast but I feel like the foam in the little kids area were dirty. I also wished they gilled this one huge area that dips down right before the kids area with foam because if someone were to fall in there then they are going to get hurt and when you have a toddler like I do sometimes they don't understand that they can get hurt. Worst trampoline place in the city...came for my nephew's birthday. Overcrowded because no one was walking around making sure people were leaving when they were suppose to or using the equipment properly. We were there for 2 hours, not a single employee was on the trampoline floor that entire time. We all just met up here and paid for a two hour jump..I don't see the point in paying for a two hour jump because again they don't check wrist bands to make sure people are leaving. It doesn't matter, we won't be back. This place use to be really nice, it definitely got worn down. I been to just about every jump place in the city and I know they smell like feet and they have a lot of germs but this place has obvious dirt you can see. The trampolines that are suppose to be green are coated in black dirt. Bathrooms are disgusting too smh. Find a better and safer place to take your kids. read more

We loved the two for Tuesday deal. Got a buy one hour get one hour free jump time. Overall, the place was just okay. My first impressions were that proper maintenance was not being done. Four of the activities were broken or out of order. The Bazooka Ball area looked to be turned into storage and stuff was covered in dust. The only reason I gave it a 3 was because I was pretty satisfied but there needs to be improvements. 1. The basketball hoop is inflatable which makes it hard to dunk or someone can get hurt and break or tear something on the trampoline. 2. The Surfing Balance Beam & Jungle Gym. It was awesome. But they need to have like something soft under it because first of all when you fall from the jungle gym it's like 10 feet and let's face it Where not actual Monkeys. 3. We have been to Get Air a couple of times now. I like the concept of kids being able to jump around on trampolines for hours at a time; however, I am unsure as to how clean and safe it is right now (during COVID). My daughter was adamant about going for her birthday so I called to see if we had to make reservations due to COVID and was advised that they would not be needed. So we showed up around 1:30 PM on a Friday and were surprised by how empty the place was (which was a good thing for social distancing). While we were there (we were there for two hours), I didn't see any sanitation practices taking place. We were there for two hours and while we were there, I just kept thinking to myself - How often do they clean the trampolines? How often do they clean the walls that the kids climb on? How often do they clean ANYTHING inside of here? Obviously, it had me thinking too much because I then had my daughter using hand sanitizer every time she came over to get a drink. I think that the drink vending machines are very convenient as my daughter was "thirsty" within the first fifteen minutes of jumping; however, $3 for a Gatorade is crazy! Overall, my kids had fun and were worn out for the rest of the night which made it a relaxing rest of the night for me! read more

My kids absolutely love it here, but when I say it is the dirtiest unsanitary place you can take your kid it is not an understatement. Idk how often they clean but I swear it looks like they don't at all. The border of the trampoline is supposed to be yellow but it's dirty yellow. Oh let me not get on the bathroom. I just signed up for yelp just to give this place a review. I brought my two kids here for the 4th time. Today, however, was a much more frustrating experience than before. One kid is only allowed in the big area and one is only allowed in the small area. It was pretty dead maybe 10 kids. I was going to jump but most of my time was trying to keep them in their area and running back and forth checking on them. I was disappointed when I arrived and found out there's certain areas only for smaller kids and they aren't allowed in the larger areas even with an adult. We left because I didn't want to exclude my 4 and 6 year old children from being able to play with my older 2. They saw the pictures online and were excited to do everything and when we found out they wouldn't be able to we chose to go to another business that doesn't do that. read more

I went here with my friend and overall it was great I had some recommendations for instance, I wish they would add more stuff to the trampoline park there isn't much to do you get bored after a while. Another recommendation is, to make the bathroom's bigger and clean it better because the ground was all wet and there were carvings all in the stall. We have been to this facility a total of 3 times. Every time it has been absolute chaos. We frequent other trampoline parks often and this one is the most unorganized and in the worst shape. The most recent time there were no staff members patrolling the jumping areas. My daughter was knocked down more than once because I couldn't get to her quick enough. She is more than able to jump however when larger kids are in the toddler area they knock the younger kids down. They also schedule parties during open jumps which adds to the chaos. I won't be back until more staff is patrolling and enforcing the rules. This is completely unsafe and bad business practice. read more

It's an ok place, other than the dodgeball area was not supervised causing problems with kids arguing. At the Hilliard location the dodgeball is supervised allowing kids to play actual dodgeball games with a beginning and an end. read more
