I got a card with one of the "bulk discount" levels and we (mostly she) played for about 45 minutes on I think $35 (gets you $43.) Pretty good games; she liked the Minecraft shooter the best. My wife and I went to Scene75 during a week day on a whim after I found it via Groupon. To be expected, there were tons of children running around unaccompanied. Half of the attractions were not open when we went and we found several signs on games advising they needed maintenance. We did do the black light/dayglo putt putt and the inside roller coaster. The putt putt course was in a fairly small area and the decor and obstacles looked low budget. The roller coaster was okay for what it is but very small and short. We played a few arcade games. One ate the tokens but we did not reach out to staff to address this because it did not seem as though they would be able to assist. Much like other Yelpers have stated; a lot of the space seemed unkempt and dirty. The staff was primarily teenagers who essentially just checked admission wristbands. There were some hand sanitizer stations but not all of them had sanitizer in them. The business states it is a good location for corporate events. I would not recommend doing so. This experience would be better suited as a shorter day trip for elementary school children. Very poor experience. It was not clean, no toilet paper in either restroom, and the go kart batteries needed charged which led to an excessive wait and confusion and upset children. I was already considering not returning but right before we left my son got on the drop tower ride and the employee did not fasten thr safety buckle. I screamed at him to not start the ride but he was not paying attention and started it anyway. My son was terrified and the employee finally stopped it and I got him off. I was there yesterday with my gf, my 8 month daughter and 3 little kids, I went on a ride which the employee mumbled all instruction by the way had to be off drugs or something, but I did proceed to take a 5 second video which the employee ended the ride and proceeded to say " don't come back" and " don't get on non of these other rides" basically threaten me I stood my ground and he then got his manager who's also another person with 0 brain cells lol, he sees I'm with all these little ones and he proceeds to get security to kick me out because "he believes all his employees" and I'm sure he was scared of me which is funny this is a ridiculous place ridiculous employees never in my life have i experienced something like this over a cellphone! Our initial cost was $495.40. Adding one cheese pizza, a 10-12 person chicken platter with dipping sauces, $200 in additional game tokens, and another $114 for Boba drinks with tax and a $20 tip out total was just under $894. It was not the best $894 we have spent for a birthday party at an entertainment facility. We waited for 51 minutes to get our party room despite arriving 15 minutes early as instructed. Parties are required to use the entire 1.5 hour party room time. Game and ride cards are not issued until bill is paid in full and the 1.5 room time has elapsed. 20 minute wait to get game cards, another ten minute wait to figure out which card had the 500 preloaded birthday tickets. Birthday person does not get a $100 card, all card are $20 cards, one card is loaded with 500 tickets. The contract and advertised birthday card is false. We only had one hour and 28 minutes of ride and playtime even with buying an $200 in extra play tokens. Game cards passed out at 12:30, cards stopped working at 2:02pm. We did not get the party room for the advertised 1.5 hours we had it for just under 40 minutes. They tried to force us to stay in the room and wait for the remaining 50 minutes to elapse. As soon as we received the cards to play games and do rides they demanded we leave the party room. No place to store anything except to place items in car. Left overs not offered to us they just threw two uneaten pizzas away. Not enough chicken to serve 10 people. 7 guest each and 2 tenders with the birthday girl get three. Pizzas burned and full of dough bubbles, 8 whole pieces of pepperoni on half of 2 pizzas. Pizza tasted burned and what wasn't burned tasted like Elmers Glue Paste. Room attendant did not stay in room. Cashier would not accept payment until after we need the room party for the full 1.5 hour. Facility is two levels, it's designed to hold lots of people and suck as much money out of them as possible. $20 game cards are unlimited rides and laser games, but only good for 3-8 game plays. Skilled games are poorly maintained and don't payout. Claw games designed to drop prizes before they get to the prize drop chute, one machine claw couldn't clear the drop chute walls because the string was too long while it is in play. Rollers on coin posters don't drop prizes tokens and cards because the rollers aren't spinning, coins,cards, and bonus tokens just pile up on the rollers. We spent more time waiting for our room, food, staff, and game attendants than we partied or rode rides and played games. And then our cards stopped working almost a half hour too early. Prize center for ticket redemption had ridiculously high ticket requirements. 25 tickets for a single piece of candy. My daughter earned 26 tickets on her $20 card. She swiped her card 7 times and only 3 of 7 games actually functioned. This establishment is not worth the money spent here, staff poorly trained and there appears to not be enough of them. There are other places to go near by that provide better value, products, service without long waits for the same amount of money we spent despite buying a package deal they did not honor. read more

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this spot. I gave an extra star just for the sheer variety of arcade games and attractions, but the space was sadly unkempt. So much was broken and closed, it was almost comical (see photos). I wanted to get drinks for my family and not a single bar/snack bar was open. Both the elevator and the escalator were broken. Saw an awesome concert. Staff are terrible. Went to the bathroom and threw away my first beer can and my wife's. Staff who sold beer asked if they can help me and I said after I pee. When I came back and tried to buy a beer he said its illegal to sell a third beer. I went and tried to buy from someone else and he ran over and yelled I was cut off. I laughed and explained I hadn't done anything and they said "that's the law". I'm not exaggerating one bit. Hilarious. Unless you really want to see a band here then avoid. read more

I have to admit, I didn't have high expectations. And maybe that's why I liked it so much! We came seeking laser tag, and got much much more! I have two upper elementary age children and they loved this place! I'll first say that it's easy to drop $100 here without food or drink. Just on entertainment. So you have to just accept that. We spent a few hours here, but we did all of this with 2 $50 card purchases (which included $7 bonus on each card): Laser Tag Laser Maze (4 times?) Go-Karts Bumper Cars (most unique one I've ever seen) More games than I can count! The kids loved the games and were excited about the tickets, but I've been to enough of these places to know that we're not winning anything special from the prize shop, so I ignored the tickets and told them to enjoy the games themselves. There were some GREAT ones for both kids and adults! Shout out for service too as the woman who sold me the cards and was super friendly to my kids also helped me out when one of the nearby games had an error- she called a game tech, who was available in about 1 minute to fix it. He had us up and running in no time at all. Next time there are some more games I'd like to try that I missed and I think we would do the blacklight mini-golf and another round of laser tag. I think the kids would've enjoyed the coaster and the drop zone, but they were so into the games and laser mazes that we skipped this time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. me and my boyfriend went on the one ride they have we had just got there. It was me him a friend and our baby. When we went on the ride, my boyfriend took out his phone mind you it was a Friday night to take a quick video. Well, we got off the ride. It ended short and he said to my boyfriend "don't come back here again" and we were confused, so my boyfriend went to go ask him what was wrong with him. He right away grabbed the walkie-talkie and called security on us and the manager. He was mad because he had to do his job. Which was running all of the rides. I understand it's tiring, but that's your job so do it . He as well looked like he was on drugs. When the manager came to us, he didn't want to hear us out of the story and he just said that we needed to leave that moment we were with a baby and a nine-year-old they didn't want to hear our side of the story and they said that they would believe their employees over anybody and so we had to leave wasted $40 and didn't want to give us a refund or at least my friend that had nothing to do with it. I was a little hesitant about this place since I've heard some poor reviews, but my experience was great! It's way bigger than I thought. There's two floors and they somehow managed to fit a tiny roller coaster and drop tower inside. I was very surprised! The highlights of my visit were the go-karts and mini golf. My expectations for the go-karts were exceeded. It took very little time to go from standing in line to getting in the kart. The karts go at a respectable speed too! I figured they would be a little slow since it's geared towards kids, but it was a blast and my (adult) friends loved it. The building was clean and I liked that they have a bar area with TVs so the adults can enjoy themselves too. The only reason I'm knocking off a star is because it can be a little pricey. I put $30 on the gaming card and got around an hour and a half of play time. The money you put on the card can't be used for food and beverage. I didn't look at the food prices though. This place is comparable to Dave and Buster's, if not better in some cases. If you have kids, they would have a blast. I'm an adult and still had fun! read more

Most experiences here at Scene 75 have been good but today was a big, surprising letdown. We had a family gathering there. Let the kids play while a number of us went to the bar. In the eyes of the "bartender", we made a big mistake...we sat on the wrong side of the bar. This bartender chose to literally ignore one whole side of the bar even though there was NO ONE at the bar. Finally we walked around and the bartender told us that only one side was open which I found preposterous. I have never heard of such nonsense. I told the "bartender" that was pretty lazy bartending. The bartender got offended and refused to serve me which was fine because I didn't want anything after that. I have been a bar and restaurant manager for years and no well-trained employee should ever tell a customer where they should sit at the bar. This happened on Saturday, August 9th. This is definitely a training issue. read more

When you drive an hour and half and pay a decent price for a certain thing, the place of business should make sure they have enough staff to operate ALL attractions. We started visiting Scene75 this winter to try them out since we were thinking of having our 8 year old son's birthday party here. Arcade games, go karts, laser tag, bumper cars, miniature golf, indoor play gym... they really seem to have them all. I wish this place was around when I was little! It's seriously a kid's dream. We did end up having our son's party here last week and all the kids loved it. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The facility is massive, so it never felt too crowded. Everything felt reasonably clean. The biggest point of caution here I think is that even though they're connected to the Tuttle Crossing Mall, the interior entrance between Scene 75 and Tuttle closes earlier than both Scene75 and the mall. This happens at 5pm on Sundays... even though both the mall and Scene 75 are open till later. I hopped over to the mall once while my kids were playing laser tag (my wife waited outside the laser tag area for the kids) but I got locked out when I tried to get back in from the mall. Had to leave the mall and walk all the way around on the outside to get back in. That kinda negates the benefit of Scene75 being at a mall. And unfortunately, I think it's only a matter of time before the Tuttle Mall goes under. I hope Scene75 is able to continue to operate elsewhere in Columbus even if the mall shuts down! As someone who grew up in an era where arcade games were 25-50 cents per play, Scene75's cost of $1-3 per game on first glance seems a bit high. But I'm pretty sure GameWorks at Easton and Dave & Busters in Hilliard used to charge that much 20 years ago, so Scene75 is priced reasonably in this day and age. Overall, Scene75 will definitely get more visits from my family, especially in the winter months when the weather in Ohio stinks! read more

Obetz Ohio's in Columbus Ohio umpiring is awful our ump for the semi finals called a fair ball hit half way to the pitcher and catcher a foul ball then admitted he made a mistake in calling the ball foul befor it even hit the ground again 5 feet infront of catcher and pitcher a foul ball and made us replay the play this guy is awful plus about 5 balks and mistakes the umping is awful and again the first half of the year is spose to be warnings second half and playoffs are spose to be legit calls totally blew the game with no concern about rules or balks or what's foul or fair is a little pathetic this isn't tee ball or coach pitch if ur gonna be a ump how do you not know if it's hit between the white lines is fair and outside lines is foul obetz need a total revamp to make these kids learn the proper way to play ball. We have visited the Scene 75 in Dayton so we knew this would be awesome. If anything, the Columbus location is even bigger and better! Just know this is more like an indoor amusement park and be prepared to spend that kind of money. It's worth it - you'll have a blast! The Super Pass allows you to choose five of the bigger attractions including indoor roller coaster, go karts, drop tower, bumper carts and so much more. My daughter's favorite things were the laser maze (you race through a dark space trying not to touch the beams of light - similar to being in a Mission Impossible movie) and the Toxic Meltdown, American Ninja Warrior-style obstacle course where a spinning arm is trying to knock you down. Super Pass is normally $39 but they run specials where it drops to $29. Watch for this! Also, Super Pass includes an hour of arcade time but it's very limited so you will want a game card too with some money on it. Trust me. Restaurants and bars here look super nice but we didn't try them. We will definitely be back! Next time I'm bringing a friend for my daughter so I can sit at the bar while the kids run around like maniacs! This is going to be our new favorite place whenever kiddo brings home a great report card. read more

Scene75 is always a fun spot for the kids and one of their favorite places to go. It's sort of like Dave and Busters on steroids. They have all of the arcade games you'd find at D&B but they also have rides like the roller coaster and drop tower that the kids love. On top of that they have laser tag, mini golf, go karts, an inflatable bounce room, bumper cars, and I'm sure I'm forgetting a few. It's usually pretty busy in here but we wound up going at 1pm on a Thursday so it wasn't too bad. The price is a little hefty, they offer a $30 unlimited card but apparently that is only for the ride and attractions, so then you wind up spending another $30 for them to add arcade credits to the card (about 100 credits) which barely lasts a few minutes when some of the games are ~20 credits each. I've noticed other reviews complain about the rides and attractions not being open all the time, they do have a posted schedule with time slots that the rides are open for as it seems that the employees rotate from operating one ride to another, so yes they aren't open consistently but just look at the schedule and you'll know when to come back. I am a little curious to know what will happen with scene75 in the coming years since the mall itself is pretty dead, other than Macys. read more

This place is okay. A lot of the games didn't have balls to them or pucks. When we were there, a group of teenage boys were stealing them from the basketball games and running away with them. So make sure to check before you spend your points on a game with no balls. As a Rollercoaster Enthusiast, I couldn't pass up an opportunity to ride a "new-to-me" coaster inside this Mall - especially if it's a pay-per-ride situation. The place was packed and the operator for the Nuclear Rush coaster was clearly overwhelmed with the chaos of the kids running around unsupervised, but she did a good job trying to space groups out and making sure they all had swiped their points cards. I didn't stay long, but it was quite busy. It may be sensory overload for smaller kids, but it appeared well-staffed and capable of handling the crowd level inside. read more

While waiting in the go-kart line with my friends, this group of girls cut us to get to the front. While walking past us, this woman that look like she was in her early 30s said we stank. She then repeated to call one of my friends fat. She then told the boys behind us to fight us and ruin our go-kart race. One of my friends mom told the worker to talk to them about it, but that worker was friends with the 30 year old woman and started making fun of us and laughing at us. I'm going 4 star only because it has a indoor go kart track. I'm really not a gamer type person . However my son came back for spring break and wanted to do something with mom and I. So I gave this place a try. It's in a mall so we got food at the food court but they sell food here. They also have alcohol on both levels. It's a 2 level gaming haven along with go karts and rides. Laser tag mini golf and karaoke. Large tv and TVs at the bar if you want that too. Yes I would take a friend from out of town. A must try once read more

Me, my wife, and my sister went to check out Scene75 a weekend ago. We were amazed by how huge this place was (an old mall turned into entertainment center) and how many options of experiences we had to choose from. The Run Down: You get a plastic reloadable card that you add money to. All of the games range from $1-$2. I think I saw one game for .50 cents but mostly $1 games. The entertainment part includes different things like Putt Putt golf, Laser Tag, Go Kart, etc. These range from $6-$8 dollars. I really like the fact that you can add money to the card and use it for anything you like, instead of picking and choosing which activities you want to do ahead of time. We decided to try the Laser tag and Go Kart: Laser Tag: A+ This was SO fun. The laser tag arena is HUGE. There's an upstairs and downstairs and plenty of hiding spots. The equipment is brand new so shooting and getting shot was seamless. No jamming or broken guns to hold you down. The round lasts 15 minutes and that felt like plenty of time. It was great. Go Kart: B- Little mini cars that actually hit a decent speed made for a fun time. Unfortunately, we had some small kids in our round that crashed about 5 times. If someone is stuck, the whole course gets paused and you must wait for staff to help them. Sadly, this eats into your total time to race. I think there should be an age limit to who is driving the Go Kart to limit interruptions of 10 year olds crashing. Staff: A+ Friendly staff that reimbursed us for a game that didn't work correctly. Friendly and helpful staff to help you buy and load your card with money. Even though most staff are teenagers, they were still very friendly Check it out. It's definitely an unique place!
