My family and I visited Rockin Jump in Westerville for a little birthday celebration for my nephew who had just turned five years old. While we didn't rent a party room, the experience was still a relatively good time. Let me break it down for you... This is a trampoline park with a variety of different games and overall ways to enjoy jumping around. Additionally, they have a small rock-climbing wall, massage chairs for the adults to relax in while the kids play, a couple party rooms, and a lackluster concession area with some food and drinks. The space itself is very clean and bright, which I enjoy. It makes for taking great pictures of your kiddos enjoying their time. Special socks are required (not sure the purpose of this) and you can purchase them up at the counter when you first arrive. The prices were reasonable, but I was bummed that it's only by the hour. I feel like one hour might not be enough, but two hours would be a lot depending on the person/kid. I found myself wishing they offered thirty-minute increments because an hour and a half would have been perfect for the kids we had with us. Not great, especially on Rockin Neon Night. My daughter went with a friend and was followed by a group of boys chanting Rape, Rape, Rape. They approached employees about the issue and were dismissed. It was a great place! There were a lot of different jumping experiences! It seemed really roomy. The kids had a blast! Just a piece of advice bring your own water, there is a drinking fountain but it's hidden. It did have a vending machine with water but it was pricey. There are benches to sit on. Don't sit on the massage chairs unless you are going to pay for massage. They have a nasty habit of beeping if you sit too long without getting a massage! The music they played was dreadful and they played Poker Face repeatedly we heard it 6 times in one hour! It was a little pricey for older kids. Disaster on birthday rentals--booked a party (10/14/23) for my daughter and 14 other kids ages 2 to 6-years-old.  (Mega party VIP $485.67 total cost 11am to 12:30pm jump time with birthday party room up to 15 kids - including pizza and drinks paid for).  Everything through Rockin Jump Westerville was a disaster: 1. Received a call about a week before the party that we needed to pay still; I noted we had already paid in full weeks ago.  Whomever I talked to said there was nothing in the system and I would need to prove we paid, or pay (nearly $500) again.  I did keep the receipt and emailed it showing we paid in full noting payment method, etc... issue was taken care of - so I thought. 2. I arrive day of party at 10:50am and there are 3 party rooms (rooms 1, 2, and 3)--our party is set for 11am to 12:30 jumping and I was told I then had a half hour in room 1 after that; our host Aliyah said she would start cleaning/clearing out our room at 1pm.  Rooms 1 and 2 were already occupied and being played in by others who purchased a birthday package also.  Room 3 was completely empty (photo attached).  Our 14 kids and their parent guests had to sprawl out all belongings in the common area, while room 3 continued to be empty and useable (through the entire time of our party and even after that). 3. At 11:15am I see my cousin and her FOUR kids (our guests) stopped at the front desk and her signaling to me that something is wrong.  I go over and the manager Heather tells me--in front of my cousin with all her little ones running around and her trying to manage them--that she cannot let them in unless we pay more as we are over 15 kid guests in our package.  I explain that this is not possible because we won't have 15 guests and that they then likely made an error.  Heather got confrontational with me and said that I was over 15 kids again, to which I then asked to see the list.  Immediately there were four (4) kids' names that I did not even recognize and I explained she or someone else signed kids in under our party who are not our guests and I have no idea who they are.  Heather then said she was going to need me to indicate who they are so they can figure it out; I then say okay but let my cousin in first and now because she has 4 children and needs to get them inside versus waiting for Heather to figure out their own error... 4. I asked our host Aliyah at approx. 11:30am why we could not use room 3 with it being vacant.  She said I would have to ask the manager; I found the manager named Heather again.  Both Aliyah and Heather looked to be roughly 16 to 17-years-old.  I asked Heather why we could not use room 3 like all the other kids/parents using rooms 1 and 2 so early.  Heather said those in rooms 1 and 2 booked parties starting at 10am, and if such parties start when no one else is using the room, they can use the room the whole time (during jumping time, plus the half hour we were told we only had)... I asked Heather when a party was set to start in room 3; she said she thought noon.  I then went and looked at the white board in the front of the business that lists all the birthday parties names/times/rooms. (Photo attached)  It noted that no parties were set to begin until 1:30pm in room 3; I then went to Heather and told her this (that room 3 would be empty until 1:30pm), and I explained we fit the same criteria as her policy of why kids in rooms 1 and 2 were able to use those rooms... that room 3 has no one booked until 1:30pm and since no one was using the room we should be able to go in and use it. This made Heather mad; rolled her eyes and talking with an attitude and her hands up in the air, Heather said "you still can't use room 3 because our computer lists the rooms and that's just the policy I don't know what to tell you, you are set for room 1."  She then said to Aliyah next to me, "I'm fine Aliyah I can handle this" (as if I am the offensive one for pointing out we fit her policy and should have access to empty room 3 and I am making her mad for simply wanting what those in rooms 1 and 2 very apparently had).  I asked if I could talk to a manager above her to try and reason with someone that room 3 is completely empty and available and Heather was simply refusing it... Heather said no, all I could do is email (which I did and will post if there is actually a business response to rectify)... 5. Aliyah then started clearing out the party/kids in room 1 at 12pm; this made the parent customer mad in that room who then came up to me and said "you know we are suppose to have this room until 12:15pm" and got confrontational with me. I apologized to her and said I had no idea they had the room (1) until 12:15, that I didn't know what was going on, and that room 3 is completely empty... She said she saw me trying to reason with workers complained about service too... Pizza was late, room late, coerced me into putting another card on file or refused our pizza, rude, no accountability/real manager on site. read more

Just like any A other trampoline park, the establishment is run by teenagers. Which I think is an ideal group of employees for a kid oriented place. However, we ordered food and an hour later it hadn't even been rung in. I asked for a manager for an explanation, and refund, and three different teenagers came out and pretended to be the GM. Went back to park, no manager on sits. Supervisor in charge received same error. Was told would have to send email to correct issue. So, just now received reply to email saying both cards still had original balance. At this point, would want refund, because getting runaround trying to resolve issue. After that I took my daughter there on Sunday morning for a Daddy Daughter day and was a little worried it'd be super busy but it surprisingly wasn't. WE had a great time. We have been here a handful of times for birthday parties and I am pleasantly pleased with how those have been handled. So much, my son wants to have his birthday party here. This is probably one of my favorite jump locations. They have a ninja warrior mini course, a climbing wall, dodge ball, basketball, sumo wrestling and places to jump. They have a concession stand with a variety of food options, fountain drinks and slushees. They have a few games to play but way over priced. They also have a hurricane simulator that the kids love (no it's not free). Pizza from the birthday parties is actually pretty good. They have multiple rooms for birthday parties. Very clean facility and the staff friendly. Definitely recommend for kids ages 5-12 read more

My kids had a blast. My middle son was invited to a birthday party from 8-10pm on a Saturday night (really pushing it on the times....this old lady doesn't like being out that late) and because my daughter is only a year younger and wanted to go I dropped him off at the front with his friends and bought her a pass for the same 2 hour window. From the time the jump session started until it ended, they had nothing but smiles on their faces. From the basketball hoops to the obstacle course, they loved everything. The only thing I will say is that their menu is lacking, I didn't deduct any points from their rating because, I mean com'on, it s a kids jumping spot not a restaurant. I will def bring my kids back. It is a bit pricey and the Groupon is more expensive than their regular rates (BOOOOO). read more

Rockin Jump charged me $350 for an annual membership that I did not sign up for in March 2022. I left a review to get their attention and the management replied and told me to email them and I did. No reply. I went back to the store to talk to the manager for a 3rd time and was sent away with no help. I personally emailed the store owner and have yet to receive a reply two weeks later. It is the end of May and no one has contacted me to resolve or even discuss this matter. I guess I'll have to change my bank card so I won't get charged next year? Severely disappointed. read more

We came here with a few friends and their kids and the kids had a blast jumping and climbing around for a couple hours. The staff was nice and helpful at each attraction, especially the obstacle course, where he really took the time to help each kid do their best. When it came time to take a break and have something to eat though was pretty awful. We waited about 45 minutes for mac and cheese which also did not taste good and no kid finished more than a couple bites. The girl at the concessions counter was very nice and apologetic. Definitely come here for the fun but go somewhere else to eat. read more

Very disappointed in my experience. The very first time i ever went in the summer we had so much fun, and so My kids were so excited to go and jump tonight, I called first to make sure that they were open and who ever answered was short with me and unfriendly like I was interrupting whatever she was doing. Then I walk in, maybe three groups of people were there, so they weren't busy, and the girl at the front desk didn't crack a smile, say hi, she didn't say anything at all to greet us. We were 5 minutes late because of traffic and paid 30 dollars to jump for one half hour interval. The girl goes to put the bracelet on my son and he told he he wanted me to do it, she just kinda rolled her eyes and said "he needs them both on his wrists" by the time I got the boys ready to go it was 7:10. We jumped around, they got yelled at on almost every area. I get that there Are safety rules but my kids are two and three and yelling at them, first of all, is my job, and second, if you won't let kids do anything besides jump straight up and down, just go out of business and give a more child friendly facility the space. So the part that really upset me, it was 7:30, probably a totally of 20 people included the workers there jumping, the guy comes up to us and tells us we need to go, I said we got here a few minutes late, can they just have a few extra minutes? The guy said sure, he was nice, I wish I knew his name. So they jumped a little and 2 minutes later this rude teenage kid comes up and says, and I'm not exaggerating, "your kids need to get off the trampolines, their time is up". I said, "oh.. well that gentleman said we could have a few extra minutes because we were a Little late.. "he said, well then you take it up with my manager, she told me to come over her and tell you time is up"... literally I am so appalled. I understand if your packed and it's super chaotic, but this is just so rude, I take my kids, who are literally on the verge of tears for only getting a tiny amount of time to play and take them to get their shoes. I'm just so disappointed in the people that work there. They must let any, unfriendly, horrible with kids person work there because i felt so uncomfortable the whole time. I will NEVER go back there and if someone asks about it, I will highly recommend against it. To spend that kind of money for my kids to get 20 minutes and yelled at, NO. That's not okay. I could go on and on about this but it won't make a difference. I hope something is done about that place, because it's a shame it could be really fun. I'm in business and in order to get an extraordinary review you need to give extraordinary service, if that means Letting a 2 year old jump around for a couple extra minutes, so be it, I would have paid for an extra 30 minutes if I hadn't been so angry with the workers. They will get to one day experience the look of complete sadness on their child's face one day, and it'll break their heart. - the response from the gym below is 100% incorrect. Whichever team member working that night and provided that information to management was lying. That was NOT correct and we only were allowed 15 minutes of jump time. 45 minutes would have been awesome. The guest who accompanied that night would gladly review the situation as well. The staff was more than rude. So trying to save your reputation by posting back to your review with false information makes me dislike this gym more than I did the night of. read more

We had our daughter 4th birthday part there, we had about 10 kids. We paid over $300 for a package, we showed up our room was not ready. They put us in ANOTHER room, then the guy who introduced him self as (what ever his name was) but he's like " well I guess I'm your host with a piss poor attitude like we were putting him out. Then NONE OF THE "INCLUDE SERVICES WERE PREFORMED!!! We were asked at least 6 times by 3 different employees what our party's name was . It was a shit show, I was pissed and feel ripped off, luckily my wife and I just took over and my daughter didn't notice, but really I would advise you to look into another place, the workers suck at ther job , have terrible attitudes and act like you're inconvenient to them for asking them to do their job!!! Not impressed. You have to buy their socks (even though we had sky zone socks that were perfectly fine). They have an obstacle course that has a ridiculously high height requirement where other trampoline parks have no height restrictions. My son was literally 1/4" below the requirement and they wouldn't allow him to even try. That was the whole reason we chose this location. They were understaffed to a point that they couldn't have all attractions open at the same time. I won't be back. I'd rather drive the extra distance to go to Get Air where they have more attractions and my son can actually do them all. read more

The staff were not watching the over crowded trampolines, ignored the rules of amount of people per trampoline and the HUGH sign that said no running (in the trampoline area). My daugter's friend was almost hit twice due to kids running across the trampolines. The place was very crowded and had 1 half asleep worker manning 3 busy stations. I will be going the extra miles to go to SKYZONE. There, the workers take their jobs seriously and maintain the safety of the kids. read more

If I owned/ ran this establishment the first thing I would do is fire the general manager Jill. She clearly doesn't like children and is only there for a paycheck. There are way to many places of the this kind of entertainment to spend my money at. I understand the " rules" and "safety" aspects as my family has been to just about all of the trampoline parks in the Columbus area, that being said, the clientel is mostly children. All of the support staff as well as the assistant manager were great, sadly their "boss" was the most unfriend, grouchy person you could imagine.
