The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and take the time to make sure everyone understands the techniques. They're great at offering modifications when needed and really focus on proper form, which I appreciate. The gym space itself is always clean, tidy, and well-organized, and the energy in the room is consistently positive. It's clear that a lot of care goes into both the coaching and the environment. Each patron is given a clean washcloth and bottle of cleaning spray when they walk in, and you are required to wipe down everything you use before and after you use it. It's never been terribly crowded when I've gone. There are a bunch of treadmills and exercise bikes, and apparently a decent selection of weights. Probably my favorite part of this gym is the hydromassager! Even when I'm not feeling motivated, the thought of getting to use that at the end of my workout keeps me going! They also have a tanning bad, but I'm not trying to get melanoma over here. ‍ All in all, a great gym with friendly staff and reasonable prices!

There is some cute retail clothing located at the front of the studio, and it was very clean and maintained. The front desk was so incredibly friendly when I arrived at MPOWER, and the instructor I took, ET was so nice and helpful. This is your standard, full-body 50-minute megareformer class, but ET offered modifications throughout the class for those who needed them.
