That said, a friend of mine strongly recommended IVme, and I'm so glad she did. The calming, welcoming vibe here is great to start. It's giving med-spa with the overall aesthetic. I was greeted by the receptionist and given water while I waited. Kayleigh, the nurse injector I met with, was so so great. She made me feel at ease, walked me through the process/any potential questions, and -give my past experience - even broke down the different types of botox and what she'd be using for me specifically. To me, the service itself is of course important, but I also just notice and appreciate when the person providing the service just really feels trusting, and like they care. Personally, I only get units in my forehead and find it to be pretty painless (quick pokes), so I can't speak to other areas for injectables. Pleasant, relaxing, & fairly priced. I'll look forward to the results as they set in over the next week or two. Will report back!

At 12:45 my daughter left, she hadn't been given her iv yet. I started my drip at 1, an hour after my appointment time. With that said, if you have the time, the staff is courteous and willing to help. They check in often to offer blankets, snacks, tea etc. Bottom line, I will likely go back, but only on days when I have nothing else to do.

My son also went because he had a minor knee injury from football. They did a spot treatment and a full body freeze and after one session he was feeling great. Coaches asked what did you do to him he is moving much better. My son also loves to get the leg compressions. He has done the leg compressions a few times but the last time he was having discomfort after about 10 minutes so they took them off and readjusted after about another 5-6 minutes the pain in his foot was getting worse. They decided to stop the because the pain was getting worse. They got him out of the leg boots and noticed his foot was swollen (found out later he was stepped on during a football game 2 days before) They decided to add a spot treatment to his foot along with whole body freeze and now he feels great. Best part about it because he didn't enjoy the boots and it was causing pain they gave him a free spot treatment on the swollen foot.
