I discovered I had severe gut issues and that was causing my body not to function property. We worked on treating my gut health first, then weight loss. I ended up losing 30lbs in about 4 months, and have maintained ever since. I still go in for weekly liptrophic shots (vitamin B's and other enzymes), as my body absorbs them better than supplement pills. My daughter learned a lot about herself, nutrition, strength training and most importantly "a can do" attitude. My daughter came home at the end of camp with increased self confidence, her spirit was bright and she was more self aware of what she can do.
