The flowers were beautiful. Table settings and linens were exactly what we wanted. Her pricing was very competitive...we were able to have everything on our wishlist where as with other companies we met with, we had to make sacrifices based on budget and limited timeframe. What really impressed us most about Amaya was how sincere and genuine a person she is. You really get the feeling that she it part of your family. I have 3 daughters and G-d willing they will each marry a guy I like ‍ I will definitely be using Amaya for any and every event that is important. Lastly, all of her staff were all wonderful, food was delicious...everything went off without a hitch on the night we got hitched!

I came across the banquet hall after a google search when I decided to transition from my original idea. I emailed and was able to see the venue the same day. I instantly fell in love! It had the intimate feel that I was looking for. We had to put down $1000 and set up a monthly pay payment plan with the final payment due about 3 weeks before the party. A cash deposit of $500 must be turned in by 48 hours before the party for incidentals but as long as you don't mess up anything, you will get your money back. All of the logistics are detailed in the contract that you must sign to eliminate any confusion or misunderstandings. From start to finish, Kat and I developed the perfect party for my mom. She made sure that we covered every aspect and a few days before we did a final once over for the party. Yesterday was the day of the party and everything ran so smoothly. About a week before, Kat developed a timeline for the party and it was followed to the T. EVERYONE at the party raved about the decor, the food and the venue itself. It is the next day and I am STILL receiving complaints about the hall. Kat and staff - I can't thank you all enough for making my mom's 61st birthday so memorable! You have definitely gained a new loyal customer!

I chose this location because it was ideal since the majority of my family and friends live 15-20 minutes away. In addition, I chose to have my wedding here because this location can accommodate both a wedding ceremony as well as the reception. My wedding coordinator, Kat, was a pleasure to work with and she will try to accommodate your wants and needs. The menu options that were offered were okay. I did not like that we were not able to taste test the food that was paid for and as a result, I was very disappointed in the food that was served at my wedding (embarrassed actually). There is not an option to bring your own food. You are allowed to add food to the menu for an additional fee of $75 per pan. Although you are allowed to provide your own alcohol, you must pay a fee of $150 to do so with the limitation of 10 bottles. I had a total of $85 guests. We spent many months preparing for the design of the reception area. A few days before the wedding, I was notified by Kat that their "design team" did not approve of my design and there were changes made that I did not authorize. In the many months we spent planning, I had never met this "design team". The designs that are offered by the venue are basic, and any additional designs you want to add need to be "approved" by this "design team". I spent hundreds of dollars of my own money to provide additional decorations so that the reception area did not look plain. I booked the limo with La Vie En Rose. On the day of my wedding, I was to be picked up at 4:45pm and dropped off at 5:00pm. Unfortunately, the limo company that they work with had some last-minute changes and a staff member of the banquet hall had to pick me up. I did not get to the wedding until 5:30 which was a problem because they charge $75 for every 15 minutes pass 10:00pm (the end of the reception). With me arriving 30 minutes late, my entire wedding was pushed back, and the whole wedding was rushed. I was upset that I was being rushed since the venue was late picking me up. No one ever offered to give me an additional 30 minutes toward my wedding, even though they were late picking me up. A cash deposit of $500 must be paid 48-hours before the wedding, it will be refunded, if there are no damages made. You must also completely vacate the reception area at 10:00pm sharp. Funnily enough, the Dj will play songs that will get the guests dancing at this time. I had to personally go to the Dj booth at 9:50pm so that he could stop the music because I did not want to be charged an additional $75. One of the groomsmen threw up in the bathroom, and my father cleaned it up. They still charged $75 although we had cleaned up the mess. Last but not least, there was an altercation (nearly a physical fight) between my sister-bridesmaid and their bartending staff. Although I provided and paid for the alcohol to be served, the rude bartender (staffed by the venue) refused to service my sister-bridesmaid. My guests had to break up the altercation that was caused by their bartender. Their bartending staff was also hustling my guests for money, and my guests were coming up to me asking me: "why is hustling me for money". I was very embarrassed, and in the end the bartender was removed, but the damage had already been done. Overall, I would give La vie En Rose a 6/10. Venue Food: 3/10 Venue Music: 9/10 Venue Location: 7/10 Venue Experience 4/10 Venue Designs: 6/10

I attended my niece's first-year anniversary celebration, a stunning masquerade, and Floridian Ballrooms in West Pembroke Pines was the perfect backdrop for such a memorable night. The venue is clean, well maintained, and beautifully kept, with plenty of parking and an easy, comfortable flow throughout. Restrooms were easily accessible, and the staircases made for great photo opportunities. Even though the event was held on the second floor, accessibility was effortless thanks to a convenient elevator, making it easy for elderly family members and guests with disabilities to fully enjoy the celebration. Elegant, accommodating, and thoughtfully designed, Floridian Ballrooms truly helped make the night special. I would definitely consider this venue for future events and highly recommend it.

Working with Ceci throughout the whole process was more than a pleasure. She was always there to answer my one million questions and requests. When she wasn't available, Leti would step in with the same amount of grace and due diligence. Quite frankly with all of this being over I have to say that I miss them! The day of the event everything went so smoothly. Nestor, the event manager, made us feel we were the VIP's of the whole world. The vendors they use are also amazing. Hector Gomez the photographer did an amazing job, from the pre-shoot to the day of. Frank the MC was great, and our DJ Brianna was the sweetest and on top of her game, you would be so lucky to get her as the DJ. The photo booth was also very professional and called me ahead of time to find out our theme (Broadway) so that they could apply a background to the prints accordingly. When I tell you everything went without a single hiccup which is normal at any event, yet it didn't at all. I can't imagine ever inquiring about any other venue for any other event we may have in the future. Floridian Ballrooms will always be our choice moving forward!

WARNING - UNPROFESSIONAL - BAD SERVICE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This was the worst experience and…read moremoney spent (Clemenza Quinces - Nov 11, 2023) Upon signing the contract with the venue, it was agreed that Regal Palace Ballrooms would upgrade the chairs in exchange for not utilizing the floral arrangements and stage. We understand that this isn't normally done, as they have mentioned several times, but we signed the contract with your venue BECAUSE the chairs were being upgraded, among other things. 80% of these upgraded chairs were wobbling or broken, to which, the employees shrugged it off, and only offered 10 replacement chairs. We had to spend an hour fixing the chairs to the best of our ability. And not only were the chairs broken, there was a broken table setup, thankfully we caught this before the event started and were able to get the table replaced.  The venue was also supposed to provide my 120 guests with appetizers. Those appetizers never made it to the event. An employee then advised my aunt that appetizers were not a part of the package we chose, and later realized her mistake and retracted her statement. She then coerced my aunt by offering to set off an additional set of cold sparks, while dinner was being served and it was clear that no appetizers would be given. This has NO MONETARY value, it also didn't feed my 120 guests. Just so that you all know, the cold sparks are included in the package, all they did was press a button for it to go off again. It literally had no monetary value for them to do again since the cold spark machine was already there. We paid for an Hora Loca, a recommended vendor by this venue that was supposed to be an hour long, starting at 10:30pm until 11:30pm. The performance started at 10:40pm, and the performers walked out of the venue at 11:14pm. The HORA Loca lasted 40 minutes. This cost an additional $1000, AND it is another service that didn't perform to what was agreed upon with the venue.  The included DJ had our Quincenera in literal tears. He played an instrumental version of the surprise song, and then when the Quincenera asked for it to be corrected, he took an approximate 15 minutes to figure it out. It was humiliating for the Quincenera on her special day, a day that only happens once. He repeated the same songs several times. It was very disappointing. Lastly, Regal Palace Ballrooms, states that they are going to provide you with a PREMIUM LIQUOR package. This was a HUGE part of us signing with the venue. Imagine our surprise to find that the premium liquor was all watered down. Several guests approached my aunt, Maria Clemenza, with complaints and comments about the watered down alcohol. After complaining and arguing with both the bartender and another employee who I believe was a manager, both who were unable to provide or show us a bottle of alcohol that was sealed, they agreed that the beverages were watered down. The manager went to a liquor store nearby and purchased a single new bottle of Vodka, but there was no remedy for any of the other liquors provided. I have several witnesses that could attest to this, including a lawyer. As I mentioned to your employee it is ILLEGAL to serve alcohol that has been tampered with, it is also unethical. I have written to the venue for some sort of refund on the premium liquor and apps and they haven't responded... they said they were going to research what went wrong... um, WHAT RESEARCH...? That was the weirdest response.. I am going to go ahead and assume that they are going to ignore my complaints. The worst of it is that they have literally POSTED our event like it is something that we were proud of.. WE DID EVERYTHING OURSELVES.. THE CHAIRS ARE NOT THEIRS, THE STAGE IS NOT THEIRS, THE CHARGER PLATES, SILVERWARE IS NOT THEIRS, THE FLOWERS WERE NOT THEIRS, THE VASES WERE NOT THEIRS, THE CHOREOGRAPHY WAS NOT THEIRS. I could literally go on and on about what went wrong, but I think this gets the point across.

When it was time for Diana to come to our 12-person bachelorette party airbnb on a Friday night, she brought the most authentic tasting Cuban food! And that's coming from the many Cuban girls we had at our event who said it was top tier in terms of flavor and quality. We also had the pleasure of having Diana come back to our airbnb Sunday for a late brunch, which was so easy and convenient compared to managing two separate vendors! She made us the most perfect, aesthetic charcuterie board - and she even went OUT OF HER WAY to bring us Cuban pastries from a local bakery that she personally loved. Once again - everything was incredible! And is that all? No! Diana EVEN allowed us to ship a gift to her personal address before the event, as it wasn't going to arrive on time. That was so helpful, kind, and a HUGE help. It just shows that Diana will truly go out of her way to make sure you have the best experience possible with no hassle or stress - just yummy food at a wonderful price! Don't book one of those giant catering companies. Work with Diana's local, small business - and have the most custom, personalized experience you could imagine. When I am in Miami again - or if I ever have friends that need catering recommendations - I would absolutely point them to Diana. No questions asked!
