His studio is rather small, it's a small one-room office upstairs in a building on Main Street in Georgetown, and he is rather austere with the equipment there: Just a recumbent exercise bike, a captain's chair, a pulldown machine, a Total Gym, a weight bench, and a lot of freeweights, exercise balls, and elastic bands. . .and from that rather humble setup he puts you through a lot with not a lot of equipment.
