I can't get anything FIXED here, because I have no insurance, and no income. That makes the $60 appointments pretty steep, but the nurse practitioner I see works with me to try to think up what meds will be most affordable. I appreciate that. They do occasionally test your urine to make sure you aren't taking any other drugs (street, or prescription), but I think that's to be expected. Until I can get health insurance to get surgery or injections, I will keep scrounging up the money I need for these appointments to make my back issues slightly more bearable.

While you can book online, you can't cancel - it instructs you to call. When I called today the person I talked to just said ok and cancelled it. I then see a 50% charge on my card on file. While I understand the need to have a cancellation policy, I was not informed of this when I called to cancel. When I called to ask about it and to see if perhaps I could get even a partial refund if I rebooked and the answer was "I don't have any way to do that". Very uncustomer friendly for a repeat client and I'm bummed because I really enjoyed going there.
