While you can book online, you can't cancel - it instructs you to call. When I called today the person I talked to just said ok and cancelled it. I then see a 50% charge on my card on file. While I understand the need to have a cancellation policy, I was not informed of this when I called to cancel. When I called to ask about it and to see if perhaps I could get even a partial refund if I rebooked and the answer was "I don't have any way to do that". Very uncustomer friendly for a repeat client and I'm bummed because I really enjoyed going there.

My brother was recently in St. John's with West Nile Virus with complications. The doctors, nurses,…read moreand staff were the best. Anytime my brother had a set back, they were there doing all they could to find a solution. When we were on Floor 14 with the Navy Team, I was so grateful for their dedication to doing whatever it took to see that my brother's outcome was the best possible. One evening when my brother was especially restless and uncomfortable, after consulting with a doctor, the nurse called in the Rapid Response Team. Within 5 minutes, there were no fewer than 18 people in his room. They did an EKG, blood test, and on and on until they were able to make him more comfortable. One of the doctors from the team, came over to me at least 3 times to tell me what was going on. My brother was transferred to an acute care facility in Carrollton, TX. Then he was transferred to Baylor Rehabilitation, Dallas, in order to continue his recovery. I believe that if it were not for the treatment at St. John's, my bother would not be where he is today.
