WHF is literally saving my life. I had a bad CT Calcium score which indicated the arteries of my…read moreheart were very plaqued. I had many tests in follow up to that test, most recent one an echo stress test. The whole time I did the test ,which was 10 mins on a treadmill, the team told me how well I was doing and told me to keep doing what I was doing at the gym, it really showed. Both times I have asked no one has been available to provide it. - During the summer they switch to summer hours. Summer hours means that the Y closes earlier. They still charge the exact same amount. They just provide fewer services. Because it's summer! - Today my kids couldn't swim in the *indoor* pool. Why? Because there was thunder. There is not a single documented lightning death in an indoor pool. Not one. It's never happened. But they close their pool for some reason. Everyone here acts like they're a volunteer at a free community center or something. But it's not free. We pay quite a bit of money for this mediocre place.

I joined Barre3 Doylestown as a member at the end of January and have not only found the workout that I needed, but have also unexpectedly found a community. Angie (the owner) has truly put together something special and it has been the one workout that I am truly EXCITED to get to and look forward to every single class. Every single instructor I have had the pleasure of having so far has been fabulous, but I have to give a shout out to Logan in particular as her class was the one that had me sold on joining. I left today because of the class size; it's much too big for comfort, and might not be safe. I mentioned this to the person who oversees the gym a few years ago, but nothing has changed. There had been a class added but that was discontinued. I understand that they will bring it back one of the two days, but the Monday class still is super crowded. A few years ago I tried a yoga class and the instructor kept correcting me in front of everyone. I mentioned that one if my legs was slightly crooked. The instructor stopped the class immediately and did a breathing exercise to get rid of the negative energy in the room. Needless to say, I didn't continue that class. The women at the front desk are excellent! But that's not enough. VERY disappointing. They can do better.
