There's a class for you here, no matter where you are in your practice. This is safe space for people of all shapes, sizes, ages and walks of life. It's a very welcoming environment. I've met two instructors so far and both were kind and warm, and cared for their craft. There's a drop in rate of $17-$20 per session. You may want to try a $25/2 week unlimited class pass if you're new to the studio and want to see where exactly you groove. The entire studio is quite lovely. There's a nice changing/open locker room and great items for sale. From hand-painted mats, awesome jewelry, to water bottles, and my favorite, the clothes! Awesome patterned yoga pants for children and adults, and a brand of yoga clothes I love and have never seen sold in person but they have it here. The company is known for their fun yogi inspired sayings on cute shirts! Prices were fair. The actual studio is absolutely stunning! The nicest I've ever been in!! Personally I'm usually more of a darker lit studio space kind of gal, but the bright daylight shining through the curtains with exposed brick walls and an unbelievable vintage ceiling was honestly perfection first thing in the morning. So clean and refreshing. Gorgeous! Heavenly! This space changed my views on how I thought I preferred doing yoga. They are also currently expanding next door! There's a few parking spaces reserved behind the studio but they fill up early. There's quarter meter spaces so bring change or park in the municipal lot which takes cards. I would absolutely recommend trying a class here! It's a very relaxed, no pressure atmosphere.

Within 4 sessions…read moreI could see that Bobbi does not plan routines for classes and seems to "wing it" as she goes along. Because of this I never saw any growth or challenge in my yoga and after 15 sessions got real tired of her use of only a few basic poses (pigeon pose was one of them) If you aren't limber she will push you down into the pose until you literally have to yell STOP! (not only does this hurt it can cause injury) Bobbi has her followers but she recently had to move and downsize her studio, another clue that things aren't what they should be there. My advice: go for one or two sessions then decide for yourself.

I have legit abs now. He will push you to your absolute max, but in the nicest, kindest, most encouraging way. He is always observing you and correcting your form, modifying or changing the intensity of the move to make it as effective as possible. Honestly, if you are going to anywhere else I think you're wasting your money.

The space was clean from the downstairs and upstairs floors--The space it a bit tiny but also has a sense of inclusiveness to it so I didn't mind; but can be overwhelming if you don't enjoy working out in front of a bunch of people. The instructor was very nice, and encouraging the entire time as the class was pretty intense but definitely perfect for all levels as you can go at your own speed. I sweat so much, I honestly felt like I was losing weight on the spot LOL but rule of thumb maybe bring a hot yoga mat opposed to a traditional yoga mat, water and definitely a towel or you'll end up like me with sweat in your eyes haha. Super excited to attend my next class.
