He provides instructional coaching and packets on obtaining an overall healthy lifestyle. He's very welcoming and great at making everyone feel comfortable. The adult fitness is a group workout where members receive individual attention while being in a team atmosphere that's very encouraging and supportive. I was hesitant at first, just tagging along with my husband once a week. But after a couple weeks I love going! I've bumped my visits to two/three times a week. Would definitely recommend! Great for anyone looking to lose weight, gain muscle, live healthier, or become stronger post injury.

Then I saw these reviews so I was hesitant, but I'm glad I decided to check it out for myself. Starting with what I like/love about this place - There is so much that they offer!! Seriously! They have two different studios, a bunch of different classes with convenient times, a beautiful gym floor with a whole second floor of cardio equipment, a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, plus a turf room and gymnasium which is huge by the way! People complained about the price, but honestly you get what you pay for. I feel like they offer you a lot for the price! - Most of the time the gym floor (where I spend most of my time) is not crowded at all. I'm a bit shy and can sometimes get intimidated quickly so it's so nice to not have somebody right next to me, feeling like I'm being judged for whatever reason! - Their cardio equipment is so modern and fresh! I've never personally tried it cause I couldn't figure out the audio part but you can literally sign into your Netflix account right on the machine, and watch whatever you'd like. I also noticed they have something called RunTV. I'm not exactly sure what that is, but it's still cool, regardless. - This place is the cleanest gym I've ever seen. From the gym floor, to the pools, etc.... seriously super clean and well kept - Employees are very friendly. Not sure why people have said otherwise, I've never had a negative experience. Also the trainers that lead the classes are great. - Nice parking lot. It's nice to not have to waste time looking for a spot like at plenty other gyms. Also for those who need it there is seriously plenty of handicapped parking. - Locker rooms are large and spacious with nice size lockers But while I do love this gym/facility there are a few improvements I think could be made - Firstly, although minor I wish they had closed captions on the TVs in the gym. - As for their cafe I wish they had a little bit healthier options. They do offer some sports drinks and granola bars, which I suppose could be considered healthy but they don't have any fruits like apples or bananas for vegans and vegetarians. I also think it would be great to add in some to-go salads or sandwiches. - Again, something minor but the restrooms are all in the locker room which is a bit far from the gym floor. There's been a few times when I couldn't hold it and had to walk all the way back to the locker rooms to use the restrooms and walk all the way back. I don't know if they could change it now that the facility is built but it would have been nice if they took that into consideration and added an extra restroom closer to the gym somewhere. - Lastly, their rock wall "training" is only offered at certain times. I was originally told this when signing up and thought okay no big deal but then after signing up the gentleman at the front desk told me that they just had to call for someone to show you and "train you" to be certified to use it. Then when I wanted to use it and be "trained" I was then told again that they only hold them at certain times which is like 4pm or something on weekdays and 11am or something on weekends. I understand the importance of needing to learn how to use it first so you don't hurt yourself but that whole situation was just confusing and I wish they offered more training times. Overall though, I seriously love this place. It's truly a great place to come and workout or just relax by the pool or whatever. I'm glad I listened to my cousin and not some cranky people on Yelp

You can find much more at other gyms in a 5 mile radius with significantly lower cost. When equipment does break it takes forever to get repaired. And this may sound silly by the dumbbells only go to 110. But seriously the lack of actually useful weight lift machines is annoying for what you're paying for. At these prices you'd expect top of the line equipment with tons of variety and you just don't get that here. You get the basics at a premium cost. Not to mention ive lost count how many times I've gone to wipe down a piece of equipment and the towel dispensers are empty.

The only reason for one less star is because we had an active duty military family member visiting over the holidays who wanted to work out at the facility in preparation for an upcoming overseas deployment. When asked if there were any applicable discounts for a daily or weekly pass, we were told it was non-negotiable - only one price. With the variety of discounts offered to employees and their families, senior citizens, and young people, we were very disappointed that the facility was not willing to offer any similar accommodations for any service members. Although the fee is standard for members and their guests, it seems that a business of this caliber should be accommodating to those who serve our country. It has made us reconsider our memberships for the upcoming year, since there are many other facilities in the area who would be willing to offer this small gesture out of principle.

The lockers were rusty and beat up, had no hooks in them to hang a coat and were very small. Hopefully thats the next renovation! Showering at home will be the way to go...

That is not the type of mentality I'm looking for in a yoga studio and should never be promoted. Updating to add that Ali just called me to explain herself and the type of yoga this studio practices. She called it "militant" and stood by her actions in calling me out during class. I'm disappointed this isn't the studio for me and want to make sure others don't experience this type of trauma in their yoga practice if this isn't their style of practice. It's quite devastating.

This place is a dump. in 6 yrs they have not once updated the interior of this Bethlehem club…read more The bathrooms are very dirtty felling, nasty carpet and tile, showers and sinks that don't work for months, urinals that continue to run. the only water fountain in the work out area is constantly broke, it is either leaking water and being caught in a bucket underneath or the handle to push to get water is missing and you must find the small button on the interior to press. Thier equipment is outdated and they have no TV's on their cardio equipment. their parking lot has potholes that continue to grow. I was only a member b/c it was free through my employer ($50 a month). Maxx fitness opened by my house at a price of $10 a month and they have all new equipment, tv's on all cardio machine. Clean facility and nicer atmosphere at 1/5th of the cost. That's where i take my business now. 24-7 is very expense and they don't do any improvements with their high fees, stay away from them and try any of the modern newer gyms, better equipment and prices!

It was free through my workplace but was awful. Dirty locker rooms, dirty equipment, broken equipment (zip ties to hold handles in place, seriously???), overall a bad experience.
