There's never anything to sanitize things down before or after use of machines. Upholstery is broken on about 50% of the equipment. Water fountain has rust on it, and mold. The bathrooms are never stocked or clean. The showers are a biohazard in and of itself. There is always cancellations of the classes they provide. They do not offer any services advertised like karate classes, and pilates. they do not have a chiropractor on site, they fired her. The spa is not run by licensed cosmetologists, the cafe is always dirty and unkept. There is rust in the indoor pool, the therapy pool seat is corroding, which is terrible as it is used for transport of disabled individuals in and out of the pool. There is never anyone on management wise that can offer answers to my questions. Seems they just fired them all, as the three that were there when i signed up are now no longer employed. I want to warn anyone to this gym, as it's dirty, overpriced, and they serve alcohol? It's the owners nightclub on steroids, more than a serious venue to work out. I took my business to Planet Fitness, at least there they upkeep with the best work out machines available, and their classes are never cancelled.

The only reason for one less star is because we had an active duty military family member visiting over the holidays who wanted to work out at the facility in preparation for an upcoming overseas deployment. When asked if there were any applicable discounts for a daily or weekly pass, we were told it was non-negotiable - only one price. With the variety of discounts offered to employees and their families, senior citizens, and young people, we were very disappointed that the facility was not willing to offer any similar accommodations for any service members. Although the fee is standard for members and their guests, it seems that a business of this caliber should be accommodating to those who serve our country. It has made us reconsider our memberships for the upcoming year, since there are many other facilities in the area who would be willing to offer this small gesture out of principle.

That is not the type of mentality I'm looking for in a yoga studio and should never be promoted. Updating to add that Ali just called me to explain herself and the type of yoga this studio practices. She called it "militant" and stood by her actions in calling me out during class. I'm disappointed this isn't the studio for me and want to make sure others don't experience this type of trauma in their yoga practice if this isn't their style of practice. It's quite devastating.

Thier equipment is outdated and they have no TV's on their cardio equipment. their parking lot has potholes that continue to grow. I was only a member b/c it was free through my employer ($50 a month). Maxx fitness opened by my house at a price of $10 a month and they have all new equipment, tv's on all cardio machine. Clean facility and nicer atmosphere at 1/5th of the cost. That's where i take my business now. 24-7 is very expense and they don't do any improvements with their high fees, stay away from them and try any of the modern newer gyms, better equipment and prices!

It was free through my workplace but was awful. Dirty locker rooms, dirty equipment, broken equipment (zip ties to hold handles in place, seriously???), overall a bad experience.
