Fit for two customers at a time. You'll wait outside the salon but inside the bldg (in the hallway). E X P E R I E N C E It's my first time here but not my first time getting lash extensions. I got here at 12:40 and filled out the basic personal info form on a tablet in 2 mins. My appt was for 12:45PM. There was already another customer in the room and I didn't get helped until 12:55PM. Simone finished at 2:15PM. Simone was my lash tech and she's amazing! She's friendly and seems to have a high standard of work. I verbalized everything I wanted (D curls, rounded eye look, I would like as long of lashes that my natural root can handle without harming them) and she made it happen. Please see photos! I fell asleep multiple times because she was so gentle with my face, the atmosphere was so calming and because it was so quiet. There's background music that makes the environment feel so much more serene. Fantastic experience! C L E A N L I N E S S The bed and blankets used were not sanitized after every customer use. Basically, it's all over the website it says new clients have to put down a 25 dollar deposit but still lets you make the appointment without putting one down. So because I had a typo in my email (which yes was my fault) and didn't respond quickly enough to her text message....which by the way went in a different folder on my phone AND I STILL RESPONDED SAME DAY with the correct email for the invoice. She gave away my appointment and now can't get another until Saturday (today is Tuesday!) She also by the way let me know that she gave away my appointment at 10 am this morning, my appointment was at 2. Just seems like she doesn't want new clients. Especially when you made your website so poorly it doesn't require a deposit before you can schedule the appointment. Good luck everyone!

I've also noticed a continued issue with lash retention. I have been getting my lashes done for years so I know all about upkeep and do my part to ensure I protect my investment. Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. I had two separate instances of my lashes not holding up as they should have. I decided to try a new tech Tamara today. I booked a two week volume fill. I visited just before Christmas and came back a few days into the New Year. I was not contacted prior to my appointment to be told that I would not be able to do this. Mind you, I booked a few days in advance. Instead once I was at her station with product on my eyes, that's when she mentioned that I only had a few lashes left on my left eye and since I visited in December I'd have to do a full set. This is predatory behavior. I showed you a photo of what I wanted. Before service or during the time you walked in or when I discussed what I wanted was the time to bring this up so I can decide if I still want to move forward. NOT when my eyes are shut. Furthermore, I found her to be less than hospitable. There was no one in the shop when I came in. I went to the restroom so I know that. The lady at the front desk with purple hair notified me when I returned that Tamara knew I'd arrived. She comes through the door Stanley cup in hand and doesn't even acknowledge me. She goes to her station and a few minutes later, walks up to me and says "I'm ready for you now." Manners have truly gone out of the door. This was my FIRST time working with her. A simple hello when she walked in and walked past me would have sufficed instead she completely acted like I wasn't there. This is Atlanta lash techs are a dime a dozen. The relationship you build with clients is imperative to maintain business and a good reputation. Unfortunately, I will not be patronizing her again because I found her rude and her attempt to get more money out of me was predatory. I'll either work with another tech or find a different salon. This place focuses a LOT on pricing and not enough on ensuring customers are treated with kindness or at the least, respect. I've worked in customer facing roles, I would ALWAYS acknowledge a client. I'm disappointed to say the least.

I waited for over and hour in the pedicure chair before someone came and started on my nails. The tech started on my nails and abruptly left me sitting there. I saw the receptionist asking almost begging for someone to do my pedicure. I had to go to another salon that stayed open later... The receptionist said that the tech who started on my nails had a burn on her finger and it burst. I needed to wait. Why schedule me knowing you could not accommodate me. I will never return to salon and if I'm ever asked about I will not refer anyone as I work in the Battery in a Director role. Be more honest and transparent. Tell the truth, don't have people waiting and begging your team to service a customer who you confirmed and scheduled an appointment with.
