We hired Mr. Crawford to represent my son in what we believed was a relatively straightforward case. He assured us he had worked as a prosecutor beforehand and told us he expected to have the matter reduced to a noise complaint. Unfortunately, that is not how things unfolded. From the beginning, communication was extremely poor. We repeatedly had to chase him down for updates, and it was difficult to get him to return calls or provide information. We were never given clear instructions about meeting before court, and on the day of the hearing, my son and I arrived on time while Mr. Crawford showed up over an hour and a half late. When he finally arrived, his appearance and demeanor were concerning. He was dressed professionally but appeared disheveled with dirt on his suit and tie massively crooked, which did not inspire confidence. He also came across as dismissive when we tried to ask questions or get clarity about what was happening. He began asking questions about the case that I believed should have already been addressed, especially since he had told us he would be speaking with the prosecutor in advance. He then told us the options were to plead guilty to the original charge or accept an alternative that he described as being considered "rioting," which he said was worse. He also specifically told us that if my son pleaded guilty to the original charge, there would be a fine but no community service. However, when we appeared before the judge, my son pleaded guilty as discussed, received the expected fine, and was also ordered to complete community service. Mr. Crawford did not object, seek clarification, or advocate on my son's behalf. Afterward, when I asked why the outcome was different from what he had promised us, he simply said it was "out of his hands." As a parent, I hired an attorney because I expected my son to have someone advocating for him and protecting his interests. Instead, I left feeling like we received very little representation for the money we paid. I honestly believe my son could have represented himself and had the same outcome. To make matters worse, there was no apology or acknowledgment of how the situation was handled, and his dismissive attitude continued even after the case concluded. Based on my experience, I felt dismissed rather than supported. This was an expensive lesson, and I hope others carefully research their attorney before hiring one.

I paid him $1700 and nothing was done with my case. it has now been a year and am still fighting to get my money back. I began having financial troubles after giving birth to my now 5 year old that has special needs. Just when I was starting to get back on my feet I was forced to change jobs and then I found out I was pregnant. My joy turned to stress when I realized that I would not be able to keep up with my bills and mortgage especially being out on maternity leave. After giving birth to my new son I thought things are turning around and then my husband lost his job. I was so overwhelmed with stress and emotions I procrastinated and did not deal with the fact that I was not paying my mortgage. I was only two days away from my house being sold at Sheriff sale when I contacted Stephanie. She was able to file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy to save my home and clear me of my medical and credit card debt. She was helpful and explained everything to me thoroughly. I was completely hopeless and have given up on the home I had worked so hard to buy. She gave me a second shot raising my 2 children in our family home. We we're also able to do a loan modification through the bankruptcy court which allowed my monthly payment to drop as well. After filing last month my credit score actually went up already and it feels good to be able to afford to pay my mortgage. She was a pleasure to deal with and she was able to make me fell better about a situation that felt really hopeless. Stephanie and her team are amazing and I would a hundred percent recommend them to anyone who is worried about losing their home or are in major debt of any sort. Thank you!

On top of that if you want to include attorney fees from other suits, she refuses to include it in your bankruptcy, so the attorneys can still come at you with their fees. I asked her to include my condo's attorneys fees because they were enormous, but all she said was she wasn't going after "bigger fish" since it was beyond her means. So not happy with that, because now I have to pay these greedy attorneys off and the interest they accrue is so high that I have to pay $11,000+ out of pocket! Do research and find other attorneys who are actually willing to go after corporations.
