He didn't apologize, just kept insisting on the 10$ and that I was wrong because he is 100% sure that his office manager told me about the possibility of extra charges. Their pricing is clear and I never had a problem with Quick's billing practices. For dumpsters up to 25 yards, I believe Quick Disposal may have best prices out there but even if they do not I say pay the extra $20 and have a peace of mind. I accidently overpaid my service charges using autopay. I emailed Orifice and they agreed. I have waited 6 weeks for some action. I went to their office and the woman said that she did not know when she would talk to her supervisor again. "It could be weeks" and that she was not authorized to cut a check. The office is a disaster, run down, and it seemed to me to be disorganized. I will be taking them to court. Avoid them.
