I come back with thule roof racks the guy whos also the owner id assume says oh i didn't know i had thules, i would have asked for at least 75. i was oh great here we go..... he says well i told you 50 so they are yours if you want them. I was so impressed with the lack if greed and pleased i call here as one of the first choices of junk yards. Good guy honest and honorable... what an american way of doing business and its much appreciated.

Monday had a couple of hiccups, so the schedule didn't work, but first thing Tuesday they contacted me and the tow driver let me know exactly when he would arrive. Yesterday, when I bought a part before they closed (at 5:40 pm), it wasn't the right part, and because I came back the next day, they literally gave me a gift card instead of refunding my money. Now I feel forced to come back and spend the money on that gift card. I spoke with the manager and explained how it was possible to come back the same day if you were already closing; that can't be legal. In my humble opinion, I'm going to take them to court for this. Not refunding my money within 24 hours of purchase is illegal.
