I had to fly to Boston to prepare my rental property and move out all the old furnitures that were used with my previous tenants. The old furnitures were actually in a great condition..but it's just that my new tenants had their own set of furnitures that they didn't need what was already there. I did some research of furniture move company online and contacted so many places including Mass Junk. I had to say though that my experience working with Mass Junk far exceeded other places that I attempted contact. While other places just didn't pick up my call, reply to email, return my calls or..just plain ghosted me..Mass Junk was the opposite! Will picked up my call, listened to my request/needs and was able to schedule me on the spot..a few days out! It was so painless..and was so communicative about everything from before, day of and after the appointment. His crews were so pleasant and professional, arrived on time and worked as a team to help get me to where I wanted within an hour with my rental property. P.S. their name maybe a bit misleading. They don't just deal with junks but regular furniture items as wll. For me, I didn't really have any junks. These guys were awesome. I messaged them via Yelp to remove a sofa and a VERY HEAVY armoire from our curb and the owner responded within 5 minutes. They were at our place in 45 minutes and were gone in 10. They quoted us the best price of 4 other services we contacted through yelp and got back to us first. The owner and one of his guys came by and the two of them were able to get the armoire in their truck (it took four of us to get it out of the house) with ease. We were very impressed. My spouse and i were in a bind. Our closing date was pulled in 30 days by our buyer. Our daughter was getting married with one week to go before closing. Our garage and basement were packed. This time I sent request through the email/web form, got an email response and so we got it scheduled and confirmed by text for Sat. 11/30/19 pick up. And I had everything ready, and actually they were a bit early so naturally my elderly mum naturally went up the attic to get holiday decorations dug out, even though I told her they were pulled up/arrived for the pick up, and I begged her to hold off until they left. They were right on time and really professional but I had not measured the items (I figured if they had gotten in the basement of the house we just moved into, they could get out- turns out the opening had been narrowed and nothing would fit).
