The interior was much more open than I was expecting (not visible from outside the suite/building) but the sauna and the ice bath room had fairly large windows. I didn't mind, myself, but if others were there it could cause concern if they wanted to be naked for their sessions. I had a great time in the cold plunge area, which was kept a little warm by the heat coming off of the unit used to cool the water. The tub was large enough for most people. I wish the water was a little bit deeper or the tub a bit taller, as I was lying on my back and had to use the back of my head and my toes to hold myself underwater, it was just a more awkward position than I'd have liked for cold plunges (I'd only ever done a cold plunge in a 50F swimming pool, so being in a comparably smaller tub was new). The woman at the desk was great and showed me around before my session. They have memberships as well as combos which are a pretty good value.

I booked this appointment through ClassPass, cleared my work calendar, and canceled my own paying clients to make this time slot. I completed the required forms multiple times to the best of my ability. At no point did anyone clearly tell me what was supposedly missing or incorrect. Instead, my appointment was canceled at the last minute after I had already rearranged my entire day. On top of that, the owner later claimed that I had not entered a credit card, even though the booking was made and paid through ClassPass. If there was any confusion on her end about how the session was paid, she could have checked her ClassPass account or contacted me to clarify. At a minimum, she should have recognized that the appointment was booked through ClassPass and handled the situation accordingly instead of placing the blame on me. ClassPass did refund the session fee, but that does not fix the real problem. I lost time and income because I relied on a confirmed appointment that this business chose not to honor. What concerns me most is the owner's response. When I raised the issue, instead of showing concern for the disruption or taking any responsibility, she immediately blamed me and insisted the situation was entirely my fault. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that the communication process failed, and no sign that she understood or cared about the impact on my schedule. For me, this shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. A business that dismisses a customer's time, overlooks basic booking information, and then responds defensively when given feedback is not one I can recommend. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage others from booking here.
