Eva is the only woman I have trusted with my eyebrows for over the last 10 years. She truly listens and respects what I ask of her, which is always to leave my eyebrows as thick and full as possible. I came here recently for a facial and chose the CBD oil as the add-on modality that comes with the hour-long facial because I didn't want anything too invasive done to my face. Despite telling the aesthetician this, she decided to throw in "lymphatic drainage massage" to my facial. When I opened my eyes at the end of my facial, my left eye felt wonky. I had to blink several times to get it to focus. I didn't think much of it at the time, but when I got home, I noticed a large swollen lump on my left temple and bruising. So, I'm posting this review as a public service in case this aesthetician seriously injures someone in the future with her way too rough massage "skills." read more

I don't breakout very often, but when I do, it's cystic and hormonal and always leaves a scar. This place was very disappointing! I made an appt for a lymphatic massage. When I arrived for my appt the place was closed when it clearly stated it would be open. I called and texted the number and no one replied. After 15min of waiting someone finally showed up and it stole time from my massage. While checking out, the front desk girl was charging me more than what was stated online for the massage. She did not budge to adjust the price so it reflected what was stated online. She did not care about customer service but seemed worried about losing her job if she did a price adjustment. The massage was not all that it was BASIC. What this place was charging for a lymphatic massage was ludicrous. I should have known better than to go to this janky place. I would not recommend!!! read more

Pros: -the place is really cute and clean. I love the rooms. They personalize the experience by writing your name on a little welcome board, a great touch, I think. - Ashlee, the esthetician that did my facial, was amazing. She has a great personality and she did a great job with my skin. I love the soft bed and the experience was very relaxing Cons: - the eyelash lift isn't worth it, in my opinion. There's a difference, for sure. But, The facial and eyelash lift were the same price, and I got so much more out of the facial. - I'm not entirely sure if there are after care instructions for a lash lift, but if there is, I wasn't given any, and I have black glue on my eyelids. Maybe that's normal? I kinda wish that was taken care of before I left, because it looks like I'm wearing left over makeup. I included a pic. I think If I was told how to remove it without effecting the lashes, or told about it at all, I would've felt more prepared. I didn't notice it at the salon to ask about It myself. UPDATE: within hours of my post, I got a call from the salon apologizing and offering to make it right for me. I really appreciated that, because that means they actually care about returning clients. People make mistakes, but it's how they're handled that truly make a business flourish, and I'll definitely be coming back because Jen was so graceful about the entire situation. read more

Omg!!! I got my haircut and color done by Claudia tonight and I'm obsessed. I was worried she wasn't understanding the 60's style haircut I wanted during the consult because she was very technical about going over everything, and honestly it was me who didn't understand what we were talking about lol. She pulled off the exact look I wanted with really gorgeous color. She KNOWS color and how to style hair. I'm obsessed with my hair and for the first time in a while, I look amazing right after leaving the salon. Time to update! Thank you thank you THANK YOU for your new massage therapist, Sabina! OMG!!! She saved me. No exaggeration! I have a herniated and torn disc in my lower back. It's caused me severe pain on and off over the years. For the past month I have been in excruciating pain with what felt like a nerve being pinched in my right hip. Nothing that I did would relieve it. No amount of pain medicine, of ice or heat, or of resting made any difference in my suffering. I came in yesterday and saw Sabina for the first time. She has impressive skills in sports medicine and injury massage, and she had an exceptional understanding of how to ease my pain. Not only did I walk out feeling so much better, but I woke up this morning nearly pain-free. I cannot even remember the last time I felt this good. I could literally cry. Every time I go the service is great but the receptionist or "manager " as I've seen on the website is always very rude and acts like she doesn't want to help check out. I've been going there for 6 years but this last time will be my last, I've had enough. My last time there the "manager " made me wait while she told a story of her dog to another employee. It was so long and I was just waiting there that even the employee signaled to her, like attend her. I was about to say excuse me when she finally turned to me and said "sorry I was telling her about my dog want to see a picture? " Like really!? Mind you everytime I've gone my appointment time has never been respected. I've always waited like 15+ minutes and part of me thinks it's because the "manager" doesn't set up the rooms. It's never busy when I go either. I think the place needs a new manger. Horrible customer service. read more
