1. Breach of Contract & Personal property damage. November…read more18th, 2020, 9:00 am: This started at my house, and I was given a quote by Dave estimating $ 375, which broke down to 3 workers for $33 for 3 hours, and an additional $75 for leaves & dead plant removal. 2. Overcharging December 15th, 2020 (8: 40 am-11;50 am) only 3 workers came and worked for 3 hours. Dave wrongly charged me for 5 workers and also charged me twice for leaves and plant removal. Dave just watched the working employees, chatted with me, talked on the phone with others, and for a very short amount of time removed a few plants in the front yard. One man stopped by for a moment to throw away all the leaves and later joined after 11 am, working for less than an hour. 3. Personal property damage. His worker tore or cut the fish tent in my backyard while working. As the tent net was cut open, fallen leaves and dirt went into the fish pond and polluted the pond during their cleaning. I was given a quote by a pond-maintenance company and they told me to clean the pond would cost me at least $600, and the tent replacement $350. 4. Manipulating the receipt I received an Invoice receipt on Dec 17:10 pm, which we hadn't received until after this dispute started, by email with inflated prices and manipulated numbers. This man is a scammer. DO NOT TRUST HIM. All I wanted from him was that he fix the tent his worker tore, which isn't much work at all, and charge me what was quoted, but he refuses to do either. He's greedy and will take advantage of you.
