The NP not doctor, complained more about her issues and shoulder issues and ridiculed the pt. They do not have facts gathered before entering a room. They can't complete proper identification on scripts! When I called I was told they would not provide NP name, even if the pt called. They clearly do not understand patient bill of rights. The girl answering phone would not provide her name either.. I spoke with admins for Corwell health and was informed she should be providing her name while answering the phone. I am working with admins on filing a complaint with Corwell health and on my own filing a complaint with state and Medicare/medicaid. Billing and requiring pt's to come back for follow ups when for etc mri are not even scheduled yet is fraudulent billing!

She walked out of the room with the swab, never changed her gloves. Note- the paper cover for the patient table was not changed before I entered the room.

Update! Unfortunately the quality of care has gone downhill at this urgent care. They have now…read moremishandled 2 UTI's that I have been treated for. The first, I was underdosed with cephalexin, changed to cipro (which didn't work at all) someone finally figured out that I had been underdosed and I was put back on cephalexin. The second, I was given 1500mg of cephalexin instead of the gold standard which is 2000mg and was told they prescribed the lesser due to some billing things? (Not clear) so he orders the extra pills to put me on 4 times a day. I go back today and the Provider Kerrie Machcinski adamantly tries to tell me I was prescribed 500mg 4 times a day because she didn't do her homework and see that's not what I was prescribed initially and when I say I'll call my home and have them take a picture. She gets very aggressive and angry and even says "I know I'm being defensive" . It was unprofessional and extremely upsetting because I don't feel good and I'm coming to them to figure things out. She was demoralizing and did not make me feel heard as the patient and I didn't feel comfortable talking to her further. I won't be back.

However this las…read moretime I was treated by Meng Chi CNA who took her time, listened intently and repeated back what I had said. She reviewed my chart thoroughly to see what had helped me and what didn't. I feel I was more than adequately treated. My biggest surprise and the lady that made my day was her assistant Shineki S. I had to get injection in my hip. I explained I can get them in my arm all day long but in my hip I stiffen up and can't relax. She insisted it had to be my hip. If there is a Hall of Fame for Injection Givers Shineki S needs to be the first inductee. She was kind, understanding, had warm hands and when she said "your all done" I looked at her and said "with the shot??" she said yes with the shot. I couldn't believe it I felt absolutely NOTHING. I would not go to a different Urgent care for anything. This is the best. The receptionists have always been kind and welcoming as well.
