My father had died 3 days prior and at the appt she started yelling at me and told me this. I was grieving and wasn't my usual bubbly self, and she took it personally. I was shocked and very hurt. A week later I got a letter saying my care had been canceled supposedly because I didn't "honor our contract". This was a total scam! Dr. Abrahamson sent the letter informing me i couldn't go there anymore, I'm sure after Anne told her lies. I still don't know what happened. I never abused the medication, went every month, took urine tests and followed the rules. I was always kind and courteous. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior. My insurance company had messed up coverage start date in January I was still trying to work that out, and when I tried to explain this she screamed at me and said I could no longer be at their office, because "my face has an attitude." This is after 8 YEARS of no issues. Anne zahn is a horrible PA and a worse human being. Dr. Abrahamson never even picked up the phone to call and discuss this with me. They even overcharged me, even though Anne never even finished the appt. Left me to detox from the medication with only 2 days of pills after 8 YEARS! Horrible horrible practice and I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else but here. Would give zero * if I could.

The wait time is never very long and they are truly sticklers for punctuality. I have witnessed people being turned away for being just a few minutes late. Parking at this location is convenient, as long as you are not just walking in. The closest parking lot is reserved for patients who are check-in by name. Parking is validated which is always a plus.
