Had a great visit. I just went to have a doctor look at a style in my eye and found out that my blood pressure was extremely high. I was treated immediately and monitored until my blood pressure was in a safe zone. Thank you! read more

I would give a 10 star review if I could had to take my son to urgent care today forgot my insurance card but Toni The receptionist was so pleasant, very nice and greeting you as you walk in the door, but she went above and beyond for me to look up my insurance, and she even made a copy for me in case I forgot it again instead of sending me out the door to go get it she is a very wonderful, uplifting lady. and the urgent care company should be proud how She represents them now we will go to our nurse JORAIL he was great. Took his time with my son took his vitals. ask questions, make sure all my concerns were taking care of and moved me right to the room for the doctor. The doctor Ali Khan was terrific with my son asked a few questions made sure we wasn't allergic to anything went over our tests gave my son a prescription he was probably one of the most happy, joyful doctors I have seen in quite a while. I am so satisfied with this urgent care. We might've went at the right time but we were in and out within 20 minutes. The place was very clean and everybody in the office was happy and pleasant and you could tell they enjoyed their job and they enjoyed where they were working. I highly recommend this urgent care not just for the treatment. But for the pleasure of being listen to my issues were addressed, and it was a very friendly and happy environment. Poor intake procedures and triage. Didn't inquire about history or existing conditions. Doctor was out of sorts and not capable of listening. All around a bad experience and I will be reporting to my insurance carrier and the state. I think because this is a poor area substandard care goes unnoticed because its assumed the clientele is stupid. read more

Dr Khan is the best but, Dr Farah Iftikhar is not the best when it comes to children. If a child has a cold or something minor then, Dr Iftikhar can help. But, if it is something more serious then, the ER would be a better choice. Short story: child goes in complaining of pain in leg and inability to walk; X-ray taken ; Dr Khan says, " there is definitely a problem ". Dr Iftikhar looks at X-ray and says, "there is no problem ". Child is sent home ; child continues to complain about pain; child goes to ER , X-rayed and fracture found.... Dr Iftikhar does not have the patience, tolerance, concern, or understanding for Children. Simple and plain; Dr. Khan is the best and Dr. Farrah Lftikhar leaves more to be desired. read more

Checking in was an easy process but diagnosis by the doctor was another. I clearly had strep throat and they prescribed Zpack. After 3 days no relief so I went to another doctor for a second opinion and they said zpack was fairly useless for strep and they gave me amoxicillin which solved the problem in 24 hours. Needless to say I was sick two extra days for no reason because of this facility's diagnosis read more

Really upset about the negative reviews some people have left. I have been here twice for serious medical needs, and the entire staff, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors, are top of the mark. All are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They deserve nothing but the highest praise. In any urgent medical situation, I would go here first. read more

Came to this urgent care because they open at 8 a.m. It's now 8:49 a.m. and there's still no doctor here. There should probably be some type of medical professional at an urgent care facility, especially when you have three patients waiting. This place is absolutely terrible. I went here simply because of how early it was open, I got here right when they opened(8am) and it took me an hour and a half to be brought back. The staff was extremely rude. When I was finally seen by a doctor 2 hours after I arrived, she was not paying much attention because I had to reiterate what was wrong multiple times. Then I was met with hesitation in regards to a doctor's note for my job. This visit was absolutely horrible, this is the worst urgent care I have ever been to. Came here this morning feel awful. The wait to get checked in was long, the wait to get into a room was long...but all was worth it once Dr. Khan came in. He treated me better then my actual primary treats me. He was very thorough in his exam and made me realize I was sicker then I thought I was. The wait time was short but the rest was the pits. Thumbs down on this place because it did not exemplify positivity or compassion for people they are supposed to be healing or treating. The staff had attitudes, the Dr. on staff had a rude staring problem along with bad attitude. This place has gone down hill. It used to be my "go to" urgent care. Service is terrible, staff had attitude, and wait time is long. At one point, during my last visit, the whole staff disappeared for about twenty minutes. I even called the office phone while I was in the waiting room, and nobody answered. The doctor, Saima Syed, was short with me, and wouldn't even take the effort to look at my patient history (I've been going here for years) to properly diagnose/treat my ailment. I used to see Dr. Kahn, who must not work here anymore. He was a great doctor. I will not be returning, and suggest going elsewhere to anybody looking for good care. read more

The front desk person was really friendly Amy I believe her name was, the nurse was great, but the Dr was a whole other story, I had a migraine for two days and as much as it hurt I answered all he nurses questions, then the Dr asked me who was my primary Dr. I was trying to think of his name and said Southfield is the street, she says to me I am not Muslim, I told her I said Southfield road, she then said I wouldn't know him by that and push my arm up and down and walked out saying she would prescribe something and never came back. Dr Ratnavalli V. Paslpulati was her name, the worse customer service ever, thank goodness the nurse stopped me to tell me how strong the medication was. By the way I had to go to the emergency room two days later and another copayment and after xrays they said I had a sever sinus infection. I will never go back to this urgent care and I am going to call to complain. Don't use it there are plenty of better places. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. Our children's pediatrician closes early on Fridays, so we took our daughter here to be seen. After waiting over an hour we were taken back, the doctor (Dr. Arshia Akram) came into the room to see her. She barely took any time to look at her told us it was viral and that if it got worse to come back. Please keep in mind that she has progressively gotten worse over a week's worth of time. My husband asked if she gets worse and we have to come back in how does that work? We were told we would be billed again and that she wasn't willing to do more for our daughter. After leaving, I called my pediatrician's on call number, I told her my daughter's symptoms explained exactly what was going on. She told us that our daughter needs antibiotics and that the doctor we saw should have seen that. Except she didn't take more then 90 seconds to look at her so I'm not sure how she could have seen that. We will never see Dr. Akram again. In my opinion she is a disgrace to the medical field and a danger to her patients. read more

Extremely unhappy with my services here. I will never return. Called after 5 days since my illness wasn't better and I was still having the same symptoms. Asked for a new antibiotic and was treated like a criminal. Medical assistant stated my culture wasn't done and put me on phone with Dr. The dr says oh u still have symptoms go to your dr so what was the point of coming to an Urgent Care facility. She then said my culture was negative? (I was told it wasn't done?) Asked for a new antibiotic was told that I already received two antibiotics on my visit. No I only received one?? Then the dr proceeded to more or less say the chart doesn't "LIE" so more or less was calling me a liar?? I then told her I would never return to clinic and I would tell everyone I know what horrible service I received. Hung up. Five minutes later medical assistant called me back and stated she called Walgreens and the "wrong" script was sent in... No apology..don't worry I enjoy suffering... read more
