It helps cool a person much better. I also use the lay down red light bed. Very good bulbs. Helps my chest ALOT. Also helps the arthritis in the back of my neck. I also like that they have a robe or gown that a person can slip on to go from tanning to red light or vice versa. Much nicer than having to put your clothes back on and then removing them again.
