It helps cool a person much better. I also use the lay down red light bed. Very good bulbs. Helps my chest ALOT. Also helps the arthritis in the back of my neck. I also like that they have a robe or gown that a person can slip on to go from tanning to red light or vice versa. Much nicer than having to put your clothes back on and then removing them again. I went in for a Brazilian, under arms, and half leg, I was in and out in 40 minutes. While I appreciate and love a speedy service, everything felt a little sloppy. My Brazilian has lots of hairs left in very obvious spots. It seems like the back strip wasn't done at all. And I've been getting this done long enough that my skin is use to it. I'll always have a little redness/ irritation but it never lasts long. It's bee 4 days and it keeps getting worse. I have a full rash on my bikini line. And I've been getting these done long enough to know after care DO'S and DONT's. My legs are fine except there was so much wax leftover I had to scrub way too hard in the shower, but my underarms also have full patches of thick long hair leftover. In general there are way worse results you can have with waxing but this is my personal worst so far

I was going to re-up my "points" and was asking owner what that would come out to as far as a per time visit. I was actually going to go for a larger package and asked her what I would be saving if I did. She said she had no idea, and when I asked her to help me with the math she got super annoyed and said that no one has ever asked her that before. I'm not sure why people would not want to know how much they were paying per visit, based on the package they were purchasing? I run a business and when I offer packages I know EXACTLY what people will save, and I'm more than happy to tell them when they ask...that's the whole point of packages! At that point I told her it was a reasonable question and she said I was rude. Obviously that was the end of our professional relationship, and she refused to give me my money back for the last session that I had coming to me. Pandemic or not, good business sense is important...and this lady doesn't have it. Everyone's stressed right now... But if you can't deal with customers asking about pricing...hire someone for the front desk. Sidenote... The chemicals she uses to make the place "smell good" are so strong your eyes water as soon as you walk in the door.
