I need to change my review and give AAA 5 stars. They called…read moreme last week and after talking with Troy we came to an agreement and they are addressing all of the issues to get my car back on the road. They were responsive to my concerns and I appreciate them listening to me and working together. This is a place I will definitely go back in the future. In December 2025, I had my CV joints replaced, and an oil change completed at this location. However, two weeks later, I noticed an oil leak, and I was informed that the valve cover gasket needed to be replaced, with an estimate of approximately $1,000. Upon starting the repair work, I was contacted and informed that in addition to the valve cover gaskets both valve covers also required replacement, causing the estimated cost to nearly double. Although I expressed concern about the increased charges and asked if we could stop the work and put it back together as I was considering selling the car soon, I was told that the work had already begun and could not be stopped at that point. Reluctantly, I approved the additional repairs, bringing the total cost to nearly $2,000. When I picked up my car I asked if the original valve covers were defected. I was told that this problem is common in the Honda Odyssey but I was only told only after the work was started not before. Why they did not tell me all of this during the estimate and give me time to consider investing the money into a new vehicle rather than after the money was already spent? If they did I would not have fixed my car but rather purchase a new one. The costs and repairs did not stop there. Just a few days after the repairs were completed, I noticed more oil on my driveway, and the check engine light illuminated. My vehicle was subsequently towed to AAA Car Center, where I was informed of a solenoid gasket oil leak, , as well as a power steering fluid leak. Additionally, the diagnostic scan revealed six trouble codes associated with the check engine light. I was later told that it is not uncommon for a new leak to appear after gaskets are replaced because of the increased pressure. I asked why they not told me this possibility at the time of the repairs, as they knew I didn't want to spend endless money on the car and would have decided to stop the repairs. The gentleman said, "if I told my customers this, they would not do the repairs, and we would not have business". At the beginning I just asked for honesty and transparency but I truly feel I was taken advantage of once they started the repairs, as they knew they had me in a position that I could not turn back from and the bill kept increasing. While I was advised that the oil leak should be addressed immediately, I was told that the remaining issues could wait. Given that I had expressed my intention to limit expenses, as I was considering purchasing a new vehicle, I brought my car home. I have spent $3000 in 2 months, and I have a car I cannot drive. I sent an email to complain but no one reach out.

The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly and they actually understand appointment schedule times. The prices are very reasonable for the service you get.

I would advice entering the building from market street and not from the parking area. The parking area has 4-5 parking spaces specifically for passport services. When I arrived, there were 3 people waiting and 2 people being serviced. As it Turned out, it was families being seen, which took a long time. At 9:52, I was seen. Frances was the passport agent I worked with. She was friendly and proficient. I had to get a passport photo, which is $10. At, 10:07pm, I was done! Very quick and easy. If you want to be done so quick, you must follow directions. I had all my stuff: copies of ID and birth certificate and the paperwork filled correctly. They have a copy machine if you don't have one but it just takes longer. I advice you to double check your application form too. Besides the wait, which is at no fault of the employees, it was quick and easy. No complaints really. I can look on the online portal after a few days to check my application status. Also, they will have to keep and send your original birth certificate. You will get it mailed back, but it won't be until after you receive the passport in the mail. Fortunately for me, I have another copy of my birthday certificate, should I need it. I would recommend you do the same by just going to the courthouse and getting another certified copy.

I went there to ask a (somewhat tricky) question about our son's passport renewal and to get a photo taken for my own passport renewal. Regarding the photo, don't bother with CVS or Walgreens, who both charge $17 plus tax. For $11 even you get two photos at the office, done right the first time. Regarding my specific question, it was answered efficiently and promptly (the employee had to go upstairs to get clarification, which I greatly appreciated). If it weren't for our friendly chat (which I enjoyed), I would have been in and out in less than 10 minutes (I arrived at 11:30 on a Wednesday morning....maybe I got lucky with my timing?). What a pleasant experience!
