If I can give negative stars, I would. This place is 100% a scam, and they LOVE to hang up on people when you call them out on it. Time and money was spent at this place for my family of 4 to go on a cruise only to find out it was actually for 2 people and "If you upgrade this, you can get rid of the (hidden), fees!" So another $200 on top of the $600 already spent. Then they take you to another tool to tell you you need to pay MORE money and money for this and money for that and money money money money for everything. It's RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! Watch your wallet, people. They're con artists scammers. Absolutely awful people. So I'm out $1000 and my family and I get nothing to show for it. STAY AWAY! Oh, and I dealt with Xavier and Jason. I needed last minute arrangements for a quick trip to San Francisco, flight and hotel for two. I needed to be near the Spanish Consulate to get a student visa for my son. I know nothing about SF and was worried because I don't like feeling out of control when I travel and this being last minute I didn't have my normal prep and research time. Gail set my mind at ease and gave me many options to consider. The hotel was adorable and within walking distance of the consulate and the flights were just when I needed. Do not use these guys! They booked a ticket in the wrong name and blamed my wife for it. Then he tell's us that it had been taken care of and to enjoy our trip. I called Alaska because I didn't trust him. They told me that I would not be able to fly the way things were. Thanks Bernie! Your industry is dying. I wish we had the experience of five stars like these other people, but unfortunately, we did not. I would rate this a 0 if I could. Not to bore you with all the details, but unbeknownst to me, my 85 year old father was working with Bernie, while I was working with St. Helena Travel on a cruise to South Africa. My agent promised $1200 ship credit, free gratuities, free drink package, free internet, an extra free excursion and a suite upgrade. I wanted to stay with her but when Bernie promised us, directly face to face, that he would match EVERYTHING that my travel agent had promised us, my father wanted to go with Bernie because he was the one to suggest we stop in Dubai and use Emirates because it's two for one. Well, it wasn't two for one and we ended up paying full price for our tickets. In the end, he refused to match what my travel agent had promised us, thus going back on his word and then had the odasidey to say he had no idea why my father went with him! SO RUDE! He messed up details of our reservation and then blamed me for his mistake. He was not very experienced when it came to fixing the issue either. He was rude to us and the airline rep. during a conference call as well. Would never use this agency again!
