Mt. Hood teleporter rocks! Don't even THINK about getting a ticket from the Central Oregon Breeze -- this shuttle knows how to get you there in luxury. I took it back after my friends stranded me on the day of the eclipse. Will picked me up right on time and was super friendly despite the insanity that was central Oregon that day. There are complimentary snacks and drinks on-board and there also appeared to be a menu of electronics that you could rent for only a few dollars for the ride. The van was wifi equipped, a modern nicety that actually worked surprisingly well even throughout rural Oregon. And, as others mention, the seats have a massage/heat thing, which is just gratuitous but pretty great. No bathroom on board, but the driver will know the rest stops along the way if you need it. My only criticism is that my seat had very little legroom. Pick your seat wisely and you can avoid this problem, however. read more

I would recommend SHUTTLE OREGON to everyone! If you want a relaxing, comfortable and fun way to get from home to your destination and back, this is the way to go. Warm and friendly drivers, good snacks, comfy, roomy, kick-back seating and great scenery. Four of us, 86 year old Mama and three "talkative" sisters overnight to Bend from Ontario to comfort a family member enduring Chemo and radiation therapy at St. Charles Hospital. We had two of the most patient, friendly gentlemen, Vernel and David, as our drivers. Loved both! David was an amazing Scottish "tour guide" also-what a plus! We rode the Teleporter from Bend to Portland and it was great. The owner/ operator is very friendly, chatting with passengers the whole trip. He is willing to work with you to accommodate special request if possible. The van seats 8 including the driver and all the seats are captains chairs with heat and massage, very comfortable. There are plenty of changing ports for charge chargers. He had extras on hand for us to use. He also provides snacks and drinks free of charge. It was very easy to book either on line or by calling. He has scheduled stops but offered to stop anytime we needed it. We arrived in Portland about 45 minutes ahead of schedule. Would recommend this service to anyone looking for a ride between central Oregon and the Portland area. read more

I took the Mt Hood Teleporter to get from Central Oregon up to Portland for Christmas. I was very impressed with all aspects of the trip; Will the friendly and knowledgeable driver, the comfortable heated massaging seats, the complimentary drink and snack, etc. It was just an all around great experience. I actually came back to Central Oregon on Christmas Day. Even though I was the only person riding that day they still made the trip, that's a level of service and commitment not seen too much of these days. Much appreciated though! I was part of a group of 33 skiers from back East spending a week in Bend to ski Mt. Bachelor. Many of us have to traveled out west many times before and we have all agreed that never before have we had such a great experience with our shuttle service. The vehicles were clean and most were new. But the drivers Brian and Connor are what made our week so flawless. They were beyond accommodating when we requested time changes and location pick ups. I used the shuttle last weekend and it was an amazing value. There was extra snow and traffic up on the mountain so the trek took longer than expected but that is hardly the fault of this business. Driver was extremely friendly and laid back. Free snack and water was provided. Seats have more legroom than most planes and the driver will make stops as needed for bathroom breaks, snacks, etc. I have family in Bend so I plan on using Mt Hood Teleporter as much as possible in the future. Driving from Portland to Bend can be a nightmare so I'd rather kick back in this van, read a book and soak in the views. read more

Fantastic service and fare! We drove our daughter from St. Louis to Bend, Oregon and then had to get to the Portland airport. We decided to use this service instead of renting a car and were so glad we did! The driver, Will, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and gracious. He's a super safe driver (that's very important to me!) He offered us complimentary drinks and snacks. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. This is absolutely the way to go to get from Bend to Portland (and vice-versa). Will is thoughtful, pleasant, respectful and really cares about the business he owns and operates. I really appreciate that you can book the seat you want beforehand! (I have to ride in front or I get carsick) The massage chairs are a wonderful addition too. They are great and I'd recommend call them FIRST. They were courteous and professional, prompt too. They are the ONLY bus/van service that offers a ride after 6 p.m. AND they answer the phone everytime you call ...even after hours. I had to cancel a reservation because my son's connecting plane was late so he missed his flight into Portland. They were gracious enough to offer us a full credit voucher or $25 cash refund. A bus ride on the Mthoodteleporter is a great way to leave the driving to them. Brian Meadows, owner-operator goes above and beyond with a safe, comfortable and entertaining ride. This is a great way to get from PDX to Bend and back. It only takes four hours one way so it's quicker than the Breeze Bus. It's also about $20 cheaper than the Breeze Bus. The Teleporter van is comfortable and the driver/owner is super nice. read more
