I had to call them multiple times then the receptionist hit up the technician, only to tell me that the tech would be another hour and some change to get to my home, this was after I already waited for an hour and a half. Seems like a glorified lemonade stand to me, they obviously don't track the technicians if they did I would have received some notification that my day would be wasted, book with them if you have a spare day or two to wait around. There are plenty other better contractors to hit up, in my opinion so back to the search for a company that respects my time. A little helpful business advice the techs set a timer and when they bust that time they relay that to the office, which in turn triggers a call to scheduled customers that you will be waiting additional hours, and when this happens you say sorry for the inconvenience how about we make it up to you. RESCHEDULING IS NOT A CONSTELLATION PRIZE. How about you knock 10% off of the bill since I lost wages today but nothing so buyer beware.

This was a few months ago, and now that I have a foster dog in a crate in that same garage, it occurred to me that the confidence we have in letting her stay there when we are gone, is because of the quality of the installation and how well everything works. I was standing right there, and timed it. The technician said the warranty would not cover the service. The fee is always $75.00. He went on to tell me that if he wanted me to fix it they could easily be do it, BUT it would cost 75.00 plus $250.00. I called a competitor, explaining to him what was happening, and he told me that that was RIDICULOUS! I agreed. At that point, I had no choice but to give him the $75.00 for absolutely nothing! I asked him to leave my house. Talk about milking it! The technician failed to access the problem properly, and he knew very well that in El Paso with our hell-hot temperatures, we are hostages! We have no choice but to pay! Well, too bad! I was not going to pay it! I made an appointment with another company, and I know it is not going to cost that much! I do not recommend this business whatsoever! UPDATE: We hired a REPUTABLE company to determine what's wrong with the AC unit. Contrary to what Diaz is claiming, they were able to conclusively diagnose the problem without requiring us to pay the exorbitant amount for a "thorough cleaning" that Diaz kept demanding. The unit will need parts replaced, as it is very old, but it was not necessary to pay a large amount of money for "cleaning" in order to find that out, like Diaz was demanding. This company is just out to take your money. DO NOT HIRE THEM! Beware!
