Unfortunately, though, timeliness is a problem. I booked from 1-3 and emailed to ensure that was a sufficient timeframe for the work. I was assured that the team they were sending could manage it. The hairstylist arrived on time, but the makeup artist was so late, arriving after 2:30. I called twice before she showed up to see what was going on and was told artists could arrive at different times in the window. When she did finally arrive she said she was running late from a different wedding. This messed up my wedding timeline and I didn't have time for the pictures that should have been happening while my makeup was still being done. Its unprofessional for the company not to have reacted appropriately when I called and arranged a backup, or at least offered an explanation other than she doesn't have to be there in the time you hired your beauty team to be there. It's extremely disappointing that something that should be fun and magical on my only wedding day was instead a cause of incredible stress, and the only thing that went awry with my timeline. For this reason, I can't recommend booking unless you are only getting one thing done with one person.

Booking with them was a cinch. I reached out and quickly got a reply from their booking manager, where we handled all the details (how many people, general style I wanted, how many for hair vs. makeup, etc.). We secured the wedding date and time, and then also set a date for a trial hair and makeup (additional, but I highly recommend doing this to give you a chance to take notes, see it after several hours, and make adjustments to your final look). Katie and Aimee were the hair and makeup dynamic duo for both my trial and wedding day, and they were both so friendly and a breeze to work with! They both treated me like an old friend, and were great with our kids and our mothers. After the trial I had a few notes for hair and makeup, and they made those adjustments for the actual wedding day, and I LOVED my look. One of our daughters was very timid, and they treated her with so much kindness and patience. One of our moms was so nervous (had never done hair and makeup before), and they helped her feel comfortable and find a style that wasn't over the top for her tastes - she was raving the whole night about how amazing she felt and looked! Not just that, but they kept very precisely on our day-of timeline, and made sure we were on schedule for all our photos and other events! Great girls, through and through! Nearly ruined my wedding day, please don't take a chance with this company!…read more Before I start, I'll preface this review by saying I have screenshots of all of the messages and phone calls that were made during this absolute fiasco, so they cannot say that I didn't use this company. I had booked this company to do mine and my bridesmaid's wedding hair and make up, about a year in advance and had kept in touch with them regularly when we arrived in Vegas. On the day of the wedding, our make up was booked at 12 midday, by half past nobody had showed up and I hadn't received any messages or calls to tell me what was happening. Our limo was booked at 3pm. Cue hours of frantic messages/phone calls from me and my husband to try and find out what was happening. Very slow and vague responses to messages and a very rude and abrupt lady on the phone. My husband was running around the casino floor as the lady on the phone said the make up artist was there, when she clearly wasn't. We had no idea what was happening or if anyone was showing up! By this point it was 1:45pm and I was in tears, my bridesmaid had to go and do her own hair and make up as there wouldn't be time for us both. I had not planned to do my own hair and make up, so didn't have any of the right equipment with me and now didn't have enough time to do it myself, I was inconsolable. Just as we were getting ready to run to Sephora, one make up artist turned up at the hotel room and then 20 minutes later a bother to help with hair. They managed to get me finished with 5 minutes to spare to get my dress/veil/shoes on and run down to the limo, hardly the magical experience we had planned. Both artists were very friendly and apologetic and the quality of the make up job was fantastic. However, although my hair looked nice it was NOTHING like what I had requested. (Straight instead of curls, I'm sure the hair artist only had straighteners with her.) Altogether, it was incredibly stressful and upsetting on our wedding day and I would not recommend this company if you value your special day at all. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this stress. EDIT: Since posting this review my husband and I have received COUNTLESS phone calls and messages asking us to take it down, even though they admit the review is honest. They have threatened to sack the make up artist, given us sob stories about how they can't pay for their child's speech therapy and tried desperately to pay us off to remove it. I don't need the money, I just don't want anyone else put through this on their special day. I have screenshots of everything. Please be aware that this is the reason for so few negative reviews.

Her technique and product choices did not reflect any real familiarity with deeper skin tones, I even gave her my own foundation but that didn't help and we were ultimately left to do our own makeup. What concerns me most is not the skill gap itself, every artist has limitations, but the lack of honesty when asked directly. Misrepresenting your experience to a client is a serious breach of trust, particularly in the beauty industry where your work is tied to someone's most meaningful moments. I also noticed that other makeup artists present did not appear to recognize Bonnie as part of the local Vegas makeup community, which raised further red flags. We were fortunate to be members of the bridal party and not the bride herself otherwise she could have really ruined someone's special day.
