I recently visited Lancaster and was in need of some photo books. The girls at the photo counter were awesome and went above and beyond to help me over the course of my three days of scanning, cropping, editing and printing. The books they created were perfect and well-appreciated gifts by my friends. I wish every convenience store interaction was as enjoyable as my time at Walgreens. The pump wouldn't work right when I put my card in, so I moved to…read moreanother pump and I told the girl inside that wouldn't work either, she acted as if I was to blame but finally came out to try it. She said to come back inside and give her my card. I ended up with two charges on my card of nearly $30 total I have a Ford Fiesta which can't hold this amount of gas. When I disputed it they refused to reimburse me. Discover refused to help either because I guess just took her word for it. They both have lost a lifetime customer because of this.
