They smoke with hickory wood. They have ribs, pulled pork and brisket. They didn't have wings or their cornbread today. The ribs were phenomenal, nice and tender plenty of flavor. They finish them with a nice sauce. The brisket and pulled pork had a nice smoky flavor to them. They were both super tender and moist. On to the sides. First was the Mac n Cheese that was made with white cheddar cheese, For me it was lacking in flavor. Now the Baked Beans had a nice smooth flavor. Super tasty. Will I return, heck yes . I went with a Chicken Torta, and took it back home to eat, because there are no tables to eat in this parking lot; it's basically a to-go operation. The Mexican sandwich was made fresh to order. Like how they chop the chicken up into smaller pieces. Could have used a tiny bit more filling, but not gonna complain. I liked the sandwich, and double-points for the foil wrapping inside the styrofoam container - held nicely for the ride home and was easy to eat.

Because the diverse selection of smoked meats as sandwichs or platters at Da Que are worth the stop. It sits just a mile or so off 33 and isn't visible from the road. In fact no commercial establishments make you assume it is a farms only exit. But get off the road for a quick stop. Four of us getting out of Columbus before rush hour stopped for a late lunch and were glad we did. The pulled pork was on a grilled bun. The pork was a little dry to me. They have two sauces that you can have. Both are homemade. The regular was a little sweet and had a nice taste to it. The spicy had a little heat to it. Both were homemade and great. The mac n cheese was of the baked variety with plenty of cheese in it. They utilize spiral noodles in their variation. The baked beans were made with brown sugar and some pepper added, very tasty, great texture (will return just for them).
