Good options for quick snacks inside and it's a get go fuel station so if you shop at get go you can get cheaper gas than usual with their discounts, if you shop a lot and build up points that is. The attendants are cool here but it's in a busy place and the last time I went to fill up I also washed my windows and the water in the window wash squigee thing was dirty so my car looks worse than before I tried to wash the windows. read more

The store has an automated system for ordering that is very easy to use and convenient, and the people making the food are open to customization beyond what's available in the self order system. The way it works is that you place your order, go to the register to pay, then go back to the food counter to pick up your order. It's a gas station, so we're not talking Alesci's or Ferrara's level food, but for a few bucks, you'll get a respectable sub made with fresh ingredients customized to the way you want it. May 14, 2020. I was very dissatisfied with the customer services today. I was not greeted with a smile or a welcome but a bland face. as if she did not want to be at work. I arrived at the store in the early morning hours. 4:15 - 5:30. I picked up two bags of chip and precede to the check out. The cashier was getting a role of paper to put into the machine. She asked to me step over and I did. I asked for a pack of Virginia Slims. As she preceded to get the cigarettes. I told her I would give her my phone number. She said you could put it in. I asked her if I could put my phone number in now. She did not respond. She asked me what type of cigarettes did I want between to brands. I told her I did not know, she asked again and I repeated my answer. She seemed to be agitated and made some type of sound. Then she showed me two different brands and I chose my brand. I asked her again about putting my phone # into the machine. She spoke to me as if I was a child, "You could have put the phone number in (very unfavorable tone) and I said, "That's what I asked you Hereford. She said, "You a Hereford and refused to serve me. I told her that she was wrong. She asked me to step over and I did not the first time, I asked her to speak to a manager. She said, "I am the manager."I asked her for corporate phone number and she refused. She was never pleasant or welcoming. The officer came over and asked me to leave. As I was leaving the customer behind me said, "Ma'ma your forgot your cigarettes." I told him that she refused to serve me. I told the officer I would be back and I hope that he would tell the truth. He just looked at me and I left. I should have never been greeted with poor mannerism and tone and sound that suggest agitation all because I did not know the another brand of cigarettes or at what point should I have put my phone number in. I spend to much money at GetGo to be treated in an unsatisfactory manner. The clerk is a poor face of the organization, just nasty. Location of gas station Richmond and Miles. Clerk African American. If I ask for information to file a complaint I should be able to do so If you want my business every staff member should be able to provided the information for filing a complaint. I'm done going here. First of all, my husband is such a dear he usually fills up my car sparing me from the divine experience of getting gas. But such as it is, occasionally, I run out of gas and he's no where to be found. I try to use Get Go. Here's my problem. I want to scan my credit card, and FILL up my tank. I understand that you want my zip code. But really, I don't need the other ten questions. No I don't want a car wash. I just want Gas. Now why is it that I go in behind someone else that fills up, and then when I use their pumps they don't work. I ask the girls inside to help me. They tell me to try another pump. They all can't stop working all the time I drive up. So I go to another pump and get to answer all the questions except what color hair I have, it's ten below zero and suprise all I want is GAS. The people in there need to be able to help you if you have a question. One time while I was filling up with gas, I cleaned the trash out of my car and put in trash can. Then on the loud speaker, comes a message, please don't throw sooo much trash out. I only had like pop cans and wrappers from food. You know what would solve this entire situation, it's call FULL service... Bring it back, some of us want to pay for FULL service. Because at Giant Eagle Get Go, it's no service... read more

My experiences at this particular GetGo have been negative when I go inside to make a purchase. The cashiers are usually rude and can't even give a simple "Hello" or "Thank you". This isn't the worst part of the experience, however. Just about everytime I'm standing at checkout, the retina burning barcode readers are aimed directly into my eyeball. They are not safely aimed downward and facing the cashier, they are projected upward DIRECTLY into the customers eye sockets! Everytime this happens I am greeted by 2-3 days of eye soreness which is a common result of eye injury. Even when I've pumped gas and just happened to look toward the building, one of the retina-melting lasers is aimed into my face at the pump! GetGo either needs to invest in different barcode devices or simply train their associates not to have these damn things aimed into ANYONE'S eyes. The funny thing is, this seems to be the only GetGo that I've run into this problem. Long story short, I will be visiting a more (eye) friendly gas station in the area. My sight depends on it! read more
