On a recent trip to Ohio, my husband and I visited this CVS because we needed a few things. The reason for the Yelp review, is to share a very positive experience with an employee, Tatum. My husband had three separate transactions with Tatum because he kept finding something else he needed. Each time she was very pleasant and very helpful. He decided to purchase a clearance sweatshirt, Tatum was excited and yelled to the manager "Hey, I just sold that last clearance sweatshirt" the manager just looked up and just continued on with her job. Minutes later, I went up to make my purchase with Tatum. As she was about to process my transaction, the same manager began reprimanding her from across the store. My husband and I turned around to look at the manager and we were completely dumbfounded. Apparently, the manager was angry that she was using the wrong register to ring me up. My husband and I both agreed this could have waited to be discussed, at least after we were gone. We both expressed to Tatum that we felt bad about what had just transpired. She just told she would finish helping us and she was not going to let it ruin her day. She thanked us for coming in and smiled. She certainly handled it well considering the harshness of the manager and we felt she went far and beyond for us. The manager, however, appears to lack certain skills when communicating with the employees and it appears some necessary training is needed. Whatever the case, the managers actions should be addressed. I did call the CVS customer service number to express my concern. Customer relations said they would bring it to the store's attention. They also said they would call me back with an update, still waiting to hear back. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Exterior - Drugstores Near Me - Bedford, Ohio

This cvs pharmacy always takes an exceptionally long time at the drive thru. Today I was messaged that my prescription would be done by noon. I went to pick it up at 5 PM and had to wait at the drive-through window for her to fill it. She also handed me three separate prescription bags and a receipt without putting it in a plastic bag and almost dropped them all out of the window. My last experience at this drive-through was even worse. I asked one of the techs if they could get me a bottle of Maalox or Mylanta for my infant son, as the doctor prescribed him to take it for 3 to 4 days. I got home and realized she gave me a bottle of milk of magnesia. I drove all the way back to the pharmacy asked her to exchange it. Instead of just simply exchanging it they started fighting with me and ganging up on me telling me that it was the same thing- and I needed to Google it. It took me at least 15 minutes to get her to just exchange the product for me and she required me to give her an ID even though I had a receipt. I was treated poorly and ganged up on. Enough about the pharmacy. Inside of the store is no better. I bought a bottle of 12 hour Robitussin cough relief. I had a two dollar off coupon for the exact product. It was not expired. For some reason the coupon was not scanning. The cashier told me because the coupon was not scanning she could not give it to me. I asked her again was the coupon expired. She said no, I asked her was it for the correct product, she said yes. Then I repeated that I would like the two dollars off. I made her get a manager all of this for a darn coupon. She still didn't know how to ring it up. She ended up accidentally giving me $10 off. It was just a waste of my time dealing with stupid people. That extra eight dollars bought them a second star. read more

This is the worse CVS pharmacy! My prescriptions are never ready on time. Never! They never answer the phone! When I go up there they are so disorganized and there is always a long wait. I can never get through to them on the phone. This will be the last month I have my prescriptions filled there. I put in a prescription on Oct 9th, the CVS app says "in progress".... really? 11 days??? The same thing happened last month and when I finally went up there, they said come back later in the day....this was after weeks of the app saying "in progress". I'm not sure what the issue is but I've given too many chances. There are too many other CVS pharmacies and other companies as well to deal with such poor customer service. I am only giving in a 1 star because I have to in order to submit the review. It doesn't even deserve 1 star! read more

I needed a Covid test for an upcoming medical procedure and was traveling so i went to this CVS. When I took the test they said 1-3 days. It's been almost 4 and nothing. I had to cancel my procedure. No one answers the phone so there is absolutely no way to get assistance. Avoid CVS for Covid testing. read more

The worse!!!!! every time I come here its a problem!! will CVS do something about this place?? I usually go to Walgreens but on occasion they don't have my prescription in stock so I have to come here, however I dread coming each time. The last occasion they couldn't read my script from the Dr. But instead of calling me to tell me this, they waited until I got in the car to come pick up my presription to tell me at the window "my insurance would not pay for my prescription. I go home to call my insurance company, THEN THEY CALL and say they could not read the script so they need to wait until Monday to ask the DR what the script says!!!!! Just annoying!!! The man tells me " if I can't read it, they can't read it"!!! I know what it says SIR WTF you are the one that can't read!!! If you have a choice in the matter do NOT come here. read more

Went in to grab a prescription for my husband who is an RRT that can't even move from his back pain right now. Upon entering I grabbed a birthday card for him and proceeded to the pharmacy counter. 3 people were waiting so I stood behind the line, everyone has there mask on properly except the woman behind the counter has it below her nose and one of the pharmacy tech has it hanging on one ear. I hear the guy in the drive thru complaining about the attitude of the employee helping him, he was right and she never apologized, she said "If I had an attitude I would make sure you knew" and the pharmacist had to apologize on her behalf. I then have been waiting without anyone coming to the counter so I ask the woman in front of me if she had been greeted, she responds "Yes, they called last night and said it was ready, so I stopped in my way home from work and come to find out it's not, they're filling it now" finally the women with her mask below her nose walks up and starts ringing her out, the customer tries to use her GoodRX discount on her phone and they don't seem to know how that works and the woman cashiering takes her phone back to the pharmacist to ask how, the customer is frustrated rightfully so and says "I don't have time I will just pay it" At this point I'm upset, but still waiting because we called and made sure the script was waiting for me to pick up. The next woman in line walks up and is getting help with an OTC saline and waiting for her scripts in the mean time the cashier ushers me forward and asks for the name and DOB as I raise my voice for her to hear, she still can't hear. She asks me to step forward, so I ask her to cover her nose. She pulls it up to barely cover the bottom of her nostrils. She gives me an attitude and looks at the other customer. Surprise mine is not ready either. I then ask for it to be transferred and the pharmacist rushes to get it out and the woman with her mask back below her nose tells me the total with the script in her hand. I ask her to have it transferred as I previously stated and she looks back at the pharmacist and repeats what I said even though the pharmacist could hear me. The pharmacist tells me to call the Woodmere location, so I did. The Woodmere location shows respect for there customers, the Bedford location does not. I will not be back! read more
