Every other fillup is automatically .25 off.....skip a trip or two and it jumps to .50, even .75 cents. Adds up!! Plus the hidden gem, moreover, is the MTO ("Made to Order") food that's available. Every time I get something form Sheets I'm duly impressed. All considered, it's enough to make Sheetz the only place I go to for a fill up.......

Anything from fried apps, to chef salads and everything in between. The staff is always friendly and the place is clean. The coolers are never empty, so whoever does the ordering is always on point. WHAT WAS YOUR ORDER." I tell her "double bacon cheeseburger platter". She walks away to get it, but stops on her way (how long are they going to make me stand there?!) to pour customer's coffees. Customers who walked in AFTER me. No apologies for the wait, treated like crap and ignored. I should have known to check the bag because of course they messed my order up. I paid $12 and didn't get the side of Mayo I asked for or the coleslaw I paid for. I called in and got a major attitude from the same lady and was told "call back tomorrow morning. I'm just a server, I can't do anything about it." Uh YAH, you CAN You can check your order to make sure the kitchen boxed it correctly. You can do your job and make sure a clearly dissatisfied customer has their easy order correct. So rude and so "whatever" about guest! I have walked out of this place before after sitting for 20 min and not being greeted OR apologized to when we had to find another server to ask for our server to come over. The staff is by far the rudest staff I've ever dealt with. I keep trying to give them a chance and 100% of the time, they fail. And they charge you extra money if you want to split your meal with someone??? So if I cut my burger (that I'M buying) in half and give it to my child or share it with someone who can't eat a lot, you're going to charge me several more dollars for making that decision?? What does it matter?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It won't last long. Old timers can't keep it afloat.

My wife asked about the restrooms and the others were shopping. My wife was informed that the restrooms were not for public use. If this is true, this information should be posted out by the pumps so that customers would have the option of purchasing their fuel there or to go on to a gas station that could accommodate those who are in need of restrooms. After purchasing my gas, I had to go inside to get my receipt because it was not available at the pump which is not convenient at all. It was at this time when the rest of my family realized that we would no longer shop at this Gas Mart, and we all left without making any more purchases.
