I emailed over a dozen other dealerships around Northeast Ohio and North Carolina (where I am currently located) and the salesman/inventory manager, Scott Dahman, reached out right away. I had a set of questions/demands I asked of every dealership and Scott was nothing but patient and professional. He was not pushy and honest about what he could and could not do. He was very timely with his responses, but at the same time, he did not bombard me with unwarranted emails. After about a week of emailing back and forth with Scott and other dealerships, I knew I wanted to work with Scott. We negotiated everything telephonically and via email. When I went in to sign the paperwork, the process was smooth and painless. I was worried that the dealership was going to add on extra "hidden" fees, but everything everything went as planned and there were no surprises. I have bought 3 new Hondas in the last two years from this dealer. It's like pulling teeth to get them to do warranty repairs in general. Service is a nightmare. My Accord (2023) has rust on both rear doors inside the seals. They denied my 5 years unlimited milage rust claim. They could care less and send you on your way. I have been back and forth with corporate for over two weeks, stonewalling, gaslighting, endless transfers from department to department. $2,000 a month in Honda payments, not exactly the $2,000 a month treatment! Now I pursue Arbitration and a possible lawsuit. The mask falls off and you can see what this truly is, taking your money with a smile on their face and then turning their back on you. S-H-A-M-E. Everybody is all smiles when they get their car and promises. I am here to tell you with experience just wait and see!

There are quite a few gas pumps here, but you do sometimes have to wait if it's a busy time of day. There is a lot of traffic through this area in general, so it can get pretty busy. The Fuelperks program here is nice because you can get a discount on gas if you shop at Giant Eagle, which is conveniently located right next door. I often go to Giant Eagle and GetGo in the same trip. The inside of the store is nice and clean, much higher quality than your average gas station. They also offer many more products than typical gas station convenience stores. Prices are average. The service is pretty good, and the restrooms are always clean. This is definitely one of the better places to get gas in Boardman. I would definitely recommend GetGo for gas and any convenience items you may need!

I've been there at noon on Saturday (they said open till 2, even on phone) and they've been closed because owner says he's got a party to be at. Every Saturday? Apparently. I bought tires there recently. They lost my purchase again in the "new" computer system. I got 4 new tires but they damaged the one sensor and valve stem. I ended up at another tire place because I was a few counties away and 10lbs low. They found the issue and said it was damaged from installing the tires. Wholesale REFUSED to reimburse me even though the slip was written up by the other tire place about the damage and how it was done. DONT GO THERE ANYMORE!!
